Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon

It was good location definitely a hefty upcharge to check in early $80 plus tax. Definitely some construction in lobby but other than that good for its price

The breakfast was terrible . Potatoes cold eggs no taste . Only one washcloth in the room we called to ask for more no answer my mom had to go down and get and they say housekeeping would bring it we waited like 2 hours to get them calling the phone no answer . This my first time leaving a review to any hotel it was very terrible I would never go back there ! I’m always please with my hotels but this time I wasn’t at all

best place to stay if u have a cruise planned .

Beautiful Scenery! Great location! There is some renovations going on. When you look past the construction! It’s perfect for the price.

My stay was The breakfast was awesome

They did not tell us when reserving a room that they were under construction and you had people working from 7 AM making noise so we could not sleep in. Then the elevators would get stuck with guest in it or not work at all. But the cherry on top was the staff kept throwing blame on each other when we called for a room to be cleaned. The four nights that we were there, our room was never cleaned and we had to keep demanding for clean towels. We were drying ourselves off with pool towels at this point.

My flight was delayed several times and didn't arrive until after 1 am but the staff were understanding and got us checked in and a shuttle to take our flight the next morning.

Poolside food was amazing

The ambiance was superb

The hotel is currently under renovation. So not all areas are accessible. They did a good job serving all guests with these renovations.

Our kids were blown away by the balcony view. They wore fancy robes and ordered room service just like the bluey episode. 10/10

Construction was happening but very updated room with a pretty cool view. Construction was renovation is going on st the hotel, however it was a great stay forone night.

Had a problem with the room the heather was burning the room

The lobby waiting area carpet was dirty and needed to be vacuumed, and the public restrooms were also disappointing. They appeared to have been overlooked during the renovation, as they were dirty and in need of repair. Overall, while the hotel was clean, the renovation did not reflect the quality I expected. It felt more like a quick refresh than a comprehensive renovation.

Building was undergoing renos, but they still offered a lovely breakfast buffet and even gave me a coffee to go!
