1 elevator was out of service, no big deal. But the other elevations were very run down. Missing pieces of the “wood” floor. My room needed a fresh coat of paint, very old and run down feeling.

Hotel under construction. Remodeled room did not have a working phone in the room. Had to call room service through my cell phone, via the main hotel operator. The room phones should be updated, as the rest of the room had adequate technology and was a clean room. Hotel staff were amazing and very customer service oriented. It is a service hotel for airline staff, so people came and went more frequently in the late/early hours. It’s not the hotels fault, but the room doors slamming echo the hallways and will wake you. I’d stay here again, and will maybe ask for a floor that’s not an airline floor.

Beautiful property and nice room. Did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or room service. Maybe we will get a chance next time. Didn’t like having to pay for parking and the parking lot was very tight.

I want my money back for breakfast, in my choosing the room I selected for breakfast and then I was charged additional for it, I need to be reimbursed.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to share my feedback regarding our stay yesterday. We stayed at the hotel for one night, but unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. The shower was leaking, there was a noticeable smoke smell in the room, and the water in the bathroom sink was not draining properly. These issues made our stay quite uncomfortable and were disappointing, especially considering the expectations we had for our stay. I also informed the reception staff about these issues at the time of check-out. I would appreciate it if you could look into these concerns and take the necessary steps to ensure that the room is properly maintained for future guests. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

Staff were polite. Breakfast was nice too, plenty of options. Nothing.

Loved the screened in balcony rooms. Huge, spacious and no bug bites!! Easy shuttle to airport. Very nice ,resort amenities , and near the airport. The lagoon is peaceful with a view of Miami skyline.
