Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon

The lobby waiting area carpet was dirty and needed to be vacuumed, and the public restrooms were also disappointing. They appeared to have been overlooked during the renovation, as they were dirty and in need of repair. Overall, while the hotel was clean, the renovation did not reflect the quality I expected. It felt more like a quick refresh than a comprehensive renovation.

Building was undergoing renos, but they still offered a lovely breakfast buffet and even gave me a coffee to go!

One suggestion for improvement would be the location of the ping pong table. Placing it in a more suitable area would make it easier and more enjoyable for guests to use without interfering with other activities. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was nice and clean

The property is very clean and welcoming. The views are spectacular! The food was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was close to the airport and still quite accessible to the nearby malls

They’re in the middle of construction and only 3 elevators are working. If I would’ve known ahead of time, I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Overall - not good. Under construction (understandable) but this should be disclosed to people booking online. Overall condition was bad, unprofessional and overpriced for what you got. And the. There is no option for a travel who gets there at 11 pm. A huge discount should have been applied.

Great location and amenities. We enjoyed our stay despite the remodel. We enjoyed the restaurant food and ambience.
