We had a great stay at Home2 Suites. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made a big difference. Mattheo at the front desk was especially helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only downside was that the AC was a bit noisy, but overall it was still a very pleasant experience and we’d happily stay again.

Home2 suites was a very clean place to stay. Had a stocked kitchen and was nicely located in the city.

There wasn't any close by stores w/o transportation. Maybe hotel could provide a quick bus run for small price$5.

Everything was excellent includes the location, the room, the bed and shower great. Breakfast was very nice and complete with variety. Parking free and close. When arrived at 7:00 am after a long fly from Australia (30+hrs) was attended by Miguel. I told him that I requested an early entrance by booking.com and was ok if availability. Miguel told me that not possible and have to wait until 3:00 pm for check-in or at 1:00 pm if available will need to pay $50… but the hotel was complete full. In 5 minutes he left and Maria came in and I asked her if she could check wat time I could check in and told me that there were rooms available and I could check in paying $50 additional. So not good customer service from Miguel who needs training in that area. Maria was excellent and very nice to check us in 5 minutes at the additional cost of $50 which I was very happy

The hook when booking says free airport transfer to hotel. Not entirely true. Their shuttle has set times, 9-5. Our flight didn’t even get into Miami until 10:40pm. You have to dig and dig through the site to find the set times. However you slice that pie, that’s a deceptive tactic. When I tried to call and get the issue fixed, they refused to help and I couldn’t cancel my stay. I was already charged and there were no refunds. No help! Got to the hotel and asked if they would offer us a shuttle to the cruise terminal as a trade for the free shuttle service we didn’t get…which is why I booked this hotel. They said yes, for $30/pp. Ummm nope! Got to our room that was booked for 6 people. Not enough blankets or pillows. Called to front desk and they were very short with us. Said they didn’t have any more blankets and if we wanted pillows we could come downstairs to get them ourselves. So 2 of our guests slept cold. Very poor customer service all the way around. So if you’re booking a hotel and want the shuttle service be sure to dig and dig deep into the site and make sure you’ll actually get what you’re hoping for.

The staff,rooms,and shuttle service. The man who cleans the lobby was rude in the morninh after Breakfast.

Cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was adequate. Helpful staff. Convenience to external amenities and public transportation.

The rooms are spacious are clean. Downfall is there is not much around the hotel to do.
