Home2 Suites by Hilton Miami Doral West Airport

Super Nice staff. Everything very clean. Location is great. I had to go to the desk 3 times after check in to ask for paper towel, then I didn’t have the extra sheets set for the sofa bed then my key stopped working they reset it but never worked anyways. I used the second key to avoid going to the desk

I really enjoyed my time there. I traveled solo and stayed for one night and it was perfect! Very clean hotel. Also my room was very big! And the breakfast was really good.

Clean rooms friendly staff and good breakfast

Front desk was average

Big room make sure you get a portable stove when you check in

Healthier options for breakfast

This location is conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport starting at 900 am till 5pm. There is a hot breakfast offered in the morning. The rooms are clean, spacious and very modern. There are restaurants within walking distance. There is a mall close by will need a car or lyft to get there. There is parking if you drive . This hotel has wheelchair accessibility. Staff are very friendly and very willing to assist in what you need.

We loved staying here, the staff was friendly and accommodating, they let us check in earlier than normal and even held our luggage after checkout since check out was earlier than our flight, so we were able to go have brunch and knew our stuff was safe! The shuttle to the airport saved us some money by not having to uber! I would definitely stay here again!

It was good Overall

A very nice to stay before a cruise from Florida. Everything was perfect.

Clean and spacious room and friendly staff. Hot breakfast had limited variety, but was overall very good.

Everything is good for reception lady and the clean hotel and the clean room and good breakfast. I have good experience with this hotel.

We booked it counting on the airport to hotel transfer. We were not told the shuttle stops at 5 pm. We were a party of 5, booked two rooms and were stranded at the airport because our flight arrived at 5:20. No one informed us of this. We stopped another Hilton shuttle and that is how we found out. We ended up taking a taxi, adding another $40.00 to our stay. I called the morning of arrival to double check on the shuttle services and was not told it only serviced until 5 pm. This was an expensive inconvenience.

The rooms and breakfast!

Staff were very professional, polite and accommodating to requests. Room was very clean.
