The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, and the overall stay was okay. However, the room was too hot during our stay. Even with the air conditioning turned all the way down, it never got cool and stayed uncomfortably warm. The hallways also felt outdated and had a strong smell, which wasn’t very pleasant.

The staff were really really helpful and professional my room and hotel were clean

Unfortunately the hallway air conditioners were not working throughout the building making it somewhat uncomfortable. A room change was necessary because the air conditioner fan was making too much noise while operating. The breakfast buffet was not as good as in past stays lacking scrambled eggs and bacon. Other than that it was perfect.

Second entire hotel Smell very bad. Third they promise me 1st night half refund which i didnt received.

The staff have been consistently kind, patient, and helpful. The only recurring issue was that my key cards would occasionally stop working, and they were always happy to reactivate them without any hassle. I also noticed that the hallways can get very hot, and my room had carpet even though the listing advertised hard floors. Those were really my only complaints, and I don’t see them as a reflection of the staff or their service. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and accommodating, and I’ve had a very positive stay overall.

The breakfast is the same thing every day no variety.

Had a issue with the air in my room not working as good but they upgraded me free of charge to a colder room and this was in Miami just so you can understand the heat issues

My stay at La Quinta was exceptional...clean property and close to malls and sights. would definitely recommend and stay again for future trips.

It’s an okay place to spend the night if you’re just passing through. However, the property is a bit run-down, and there is no air conditioning in the hallways, which makes the common areas uncomfortable. It works for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit.

Juan checked me in and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. Employees like Juan are a true asset to your hotel, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for providing such excellent customer service. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I look forward to staying with you again.

Las habitaciones comodas, pero el aire acondiconado muy malo, en la primera habitacion no funcionon el auire acodicionado pero el personal fue amable y nos cambio de habitacion a una que si funciono. el pasillo fuera de la habitacion estaba con mal olor por favlta de ventilacion y muy caliente. de resto todo bien.

Staff polite, a/c very cold, free breakfast was plenty for the amount of guest. Room clean. Only downside was that our stay was too short.

I like the location of the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The only thing I did not like that the parking was very crowded. Not too much parking available.. the AC was not very cold. I tried to put it as cold as possible, but it wasn’t quite cold. I did not complain because I didn’t spend much time at the hotel. I had to do some errands. Having a coffee machine and refrigerator inside the room was perfect, but the staff did not provided me with extra coffee, sugar and cream. The hotel. Staff was not available when I called to get my coffee so I was quite disappointed. The ice machine was only one available in the first floor so I had to go down the elevator to get ice. My room was on the second floor and there was no ice machine. Other than that, the hotel was quite affordable and in great location.
