Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area by IHG

ac didnt work, arianna nice tho

I am used to this location. I have been staying at this location for di last 6 years and the bathroom needs an update and soon the room also.

The amenities in the rooms need upgrading. In particular the floor carpet needs replacing. For those of us who have issues with our sinuses, the conditions are most uncomfortable. In addition, the visuals of the furniture are depressing. The atmosphere in general needs to be more relaxing. “Easy on the eyes and pleasantry in the smells.”

Very good

Location Very basic for a holiday Inn. Stayed in better Holiday Inn Exprees Hotels. Not the cleanest and breakfast not good.

I am very satisfied with my stay The same breakfast every day

Very good

Great staff and property. Fit the need.

Exceptional

Good

Goof

Disappointing

It was a good experience and a good stay the manger and the front desk associates were very helpful

La habitación debería mejorar la limpieza para estar bien. Las alfombras deben eliminarse ya que acumula suciedad. El personal excelente muy amables, serviciales, ubicación perfecta, seguro volveré

Staff were friendly

Bar tender is so good

Cons: No microwave in the rooms. The bathrooms need major upgrades and repairs. There weren’t enough wash cloths for 2 people and no tissue, so unconventionally I had to go to the front desk to get it myself. No complementary body hygiene products (you know the travel size), and the carpet in the room smelled like mold. I would not recommend.

Good value for a quick stay

No very clean room, terrible coffee. Over all, a terrible place

Kind and helpful staff
