Excellent service and comfortable clean rooms. Was here prior to a cruise and it was well located and easy parking

Clean, quiet hotel, kind and professional staff

Shuttle inconsistent. There is only one shuttle, it runs about every hour. This hotel is not close to the airport in my opinion.

Front Desk staff provided excellent service and gave great recommendations!

Here over night before our cruise. Cable was out and unable to get it back on. Just sat it room all night with nothing to do. No bar or resteraunt in hotel. Asked for partial refund and was told no. Room keys weren't working as well. Had to be let in rooms. Will never stay here again.

I enjoyed it a last minute stay, the staff were awesome and helpful andI would stay again if needed.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice location

Facilities were very clean. Staff were very helpful! The driver, Alex, was particularly very helpful and shared good information about the easiest way to get to my gate at the airport. Will definitely return!

From the moment my husband and I arrived I knew that the stay wasn’t going to be good the offer free parking but the parking lot was full with a bunch of different work trucks from people who was not even staying at the hotel so it was barley any where to park. When we got to the front desk, we was told that housekeeping does not clean your room or bring you clean towels unless you stay over seven days and we were staying seven days. I never heard that before that was crazy to me as soon as I arrived, I always bring my own cleaning supplies, thank God as I wipe things down the bleach wipes were filthy. I use my whole can of Lysol spray the room was not cleaned. The room was super small. You can barely move around without hitting your foot on the bed. There was no air conditioner in the room. They had a fan blowing air from the living room, so it did not reach the entire room, even though it was small, the kitchen essentials were not great. You couldn’t even cut with the knife they had in the drawer. Also their ABC does not show sports. We had to go out to watch the finals. The channels were horrible.

Mi estadía fue excelente y me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento. El lugar cuenta con una cocina totalmente completa, lo cual resulta súper práctico, y además tienen lavadero gratis para los huéspedes. El estacionamiento también está incluido, lo que suma mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación es inmejorable: está muy cerca del Dolphin Mall, del aeropuerto y con fácil acceso a las autopistas principales. Por lo general, la habitación es muy tranquila, aunque a determinadas horas del día hay bastante tráfico aéreo y se escuchan los vuelos. Si tienes el sueño liviano, te recomiendo llevar tapones para los oídos. En resumen, es una opción muy completa, práctica y altamente recomendable. La habitación es tranquila la mayor parte del tiempo, pero a determinadas horas del día hay mucho tráfico de aviones y se escucha el ruido de los vuelos. Nada grave, pero sugiero llevar tapones de oído si eres de sueño liviano.

Clean room

Great for a short stay. There was a mixup with night staff and morning staff. We asked for late checkout but it wasn’t communicated with the morning shift so they called our room saying it was time to leave. We told them what was agreed upon with night staff and they said okay.

The staff is excellent, taking care of any details. Always helpful, above and beyond. I will return here on my next visit to Miami. Rooms were exceptionally clean and provided all you needed.
