The staff truly stood out during this visit. My husband was sick, and they went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and even offering free bottled water. Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier. Parking was convenient, and the property felt safe and quiet. The location near the airport and nearby stores was very practical. What I liked most was the combination of comfort and convenience—it felt like a cross between a hotel and an Airbnb, with all the amenities you need for a longer stay. Overall, after two visits, I can confidently say I would recommend Sonesta Simply Suites Miami Airport to other travelers. The clean rooms, helpful staff, and thoughtful amenities make it a reliable choice near Miami International Airport.

Rosario at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I felt appreciated as a customer by him. He deserves a raise!

Stayed here and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, and the pool area was nice. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely stay here again.

Was a great overnight stay while in Miami! Helpful and friendly staff, near the airport in a pretty area. I was a bit confused by the lack of ice machine anywhere that could be found. Yes, there are ice makers in the fridge in your room, but they are off by default and you need to turn them on quite a while before you actually need ice. All in all, a VERY minor observation. I’ll stay again for sure.

Clean place, great location! Ramiro at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, medium firm. Granted is late checkout. There is a 24/7 laundromat and gym on site. Shower water pressure was fantastic but we were on the forest floor.
