Staybridge Suites Miami Doral Area by IHG

The property tried to charge my card before my check in even though i chose the option to pay at property. The transaction declined and they cancelled my reservation without giving me any notice. I showed up to the hotel and they had already given away my room. I had to look for another hotel at the last minute.

I love the decor in the reception area. The individuals working at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good.

I would recommend. Just needs some upgrades in the bathroom area.

Great place to stay

Very out dated. Rooms smell of mildew. Had to change rooms do to leak at patio window. Ac unit in second room leaked water onto the carpet. Had to change rooms a third time. Bathroom floors were dirty. All rooms smelled. Ice machine never had ice. They only served juice in the mornings before 9:30 and juice kept running out. Staff seemed bothered to have to get more juice. Worst experience ever.

I loved my stay! It was located in a very nice upscale neighborhood, nice & convenient restaurants, Walmarts & etc.

The check in was quick and efficient. The Service at the front desk was good.

I would definitely stay here again under 100 a night with a balcon, spacious room, and buffet breakfast included cant go wrong with that. Its pretty centric alot of goods eats near by

they need to change the bed frames

The only downside was that the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been when we checked in, and a few of the amenities could use a little more attention to make sure they’re working properly before guests arrive. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves and left it in better condition than we received it. With a little more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, this would be a great place to stay.

I liked the location of the hotel. However, I did not know before I booked that they DO NOT clean the rooms everyday. My group and I stayed for 4 nights. Bathroom was never cleaned. and garbage was never emptied like they do in other hotels. We had to call to order towels and they took very long to bring them.
