Breakfast was decent, but there is definitely a need for my space. It’s a lot of people with a little bit of room!

It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was also well served. All around good experience except when I talked with the front desk rep after breakfast. She was abrupt and not customer friendly. Kept talking in Spanish to another staff while also talking with me in English (I don’t speak Spanish and she knew it) . She needs some retraining.she ended my nice stay on a bad note.

We booked it because it had the airport shuttle but once we arrived and called for it we were told it was out of service and had to pay for an uber. Hotel room itself was clean and spacious . Outdoor pool also was decent

I thought he meant that the pick up was at the airport was every hour on the hour. I got to the pick up spot right at 5 PM and I called the hotel, thinking that I had missed the shuttle. I am glad that I did. What he did not tell me on the phone is that the shuttle only comes if you call and ask for it. Once I called, everything was A OK. The shuttle was great, both directions.
