The location Their services start at 7am. You can’t get a shuttle to the airport before that. There is no breakfast included. I booked for my family 3 adult s and 2 children. Indicated it’s free for children but was shocked to realize it was 2 queens and no sofa bed. We had to sleep with my 6yrs daughter and 13yrs old son in one bed. The seat available is a bench. Not worth the price

Bed was comfortable, room was cold Staff took an hour to get us into our room and we were waiting in the lobby with our baby after 20 hours of traveling while they figured out their system. There was no email or information on organizing a shuttle and airport was 30 minutes from the hotel.

Staff was very polite and the rooms Very clean.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are big. Location is good as its near the airport. There is a free airport shuttle which is so convenient. All was good. Nothing we didnt like

Interesting, modern design. The only item missing from the room was a microwave oven.

Hotel is located in a nice area of Doral, FL. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms should be refresh and maintained better.

I also thought breakfast was included but it was an extra $20 per person fee.

The price was right Shuttle from airport was catch as catch can and took an hour to arrive at its preferred pickup zone. All food service stops at 9 PM, can't even get bar food at bar.

The check in process was quick and easy. Front desk person was very professional. I had dinner at the bar and the food was good. The bartender was very friendly. Lastly, I left some items in the room safe behind. I called the hotel and they are assisting me to get my items back to me.
