Wingate By Wyndham Miami Airport

The patio out back had cats that the staff were feeding everywhere, could not enjoy sitting outside, since we were stuck in Miami due to flight issues, drinks at the bar were awful, asking us how to make what we were asking for

Room was great and amenities where great!

Ye walls in the room were dirty and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in sometime. Overall, location was good for what we needed but wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was disgusting. Next to the waffle maker nothing edible. They had cut up hot dogs labeled as sausage and runny eggs. No variety

Reception and Bar had awesome customer service personals.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast, coffee not so good, scrambled eggs not so good and hotdogs is not a good option for travelers

Everything was great

The young man at the front desk was sitting behind the plant to not be seen playing on his cell. He appeared to be bothered that I was coming to check in. He never greeted me and mumbled so low that I thought he was talking to himself and he looked at me as if waiting for a response and I was annoyed and looked at him puzzled and he finally spoke up enough to ask for my name. Handed me my room cards and not once told me where the elevator was and about the hotels amenities.

The location was excellent, the facility clean and the shuttle service on point No assistance with luggage to the room

dated, dirty with several areas not repaired- broken blind, plaster coming off wall and needs painting, There was a lot of hair and crumbs and stains on the walls in the bathroom. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff not friendly and didnt speak English

The AC iz very noisy and the pool wasn't very clean. Breakfast is very basic
