WoodSpring Suites Doral Miami Airport

We had to travel last minute for work and needed a place to stay for one night. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was very friendly. Since the price was so affordable, we expected a “you get what you pay for” motel vibe but it was nothing like that! The property felt secure, the room was very clean and smelled fresh, it was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The free parking was also a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again during our Miami travels!

The hallways where dirty, they don’t have room service there where drunks outside sitting in the entrance and the hallway to my room smelled marijuana I left on Thursday morning didn’t stay until Friday very disappointed will never go back and I highly don’t recommend it

Not limited electricity. Not “some rooms affected.” No power. I was told I could go to another hotel, but I would need to pay for that room myself. After a five-hour drive, exhausted and without the extra money to casually purchase a second hotel room, I stayed. I was told the power might be restored around 3:00 a.m. It wasn’t. There was no electricity, no hot water, and apparently even the door locks had joined the outage. An employee had to walk us to the room and told us to stay inside the doorway so the door wouldn’t lock behind us. Nothing says “relaxing hotel stay” quite like wondering whether leaving your room will result in being locked out of it. I woke up the next morning, took a cold shower, and then sat in my car for a couple of hours so I could actually get some work done. and yes, Miami in the middle of the summer is hot. Even at 10 AM sitting in the parking lot. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. To be fair, it did have a roof, so technically it was a step above sleeping outside. I’m just not convinced “roof included” should qualify as a full-price hotel experience. I have requested a refund, which is still being processed. If you are staying in the area, I strongly recommend looking at one of the other nearby hotels in the same price range if Electricity, hot water, and functioning room access are a concern.

"I liked the kitchenette, but the place could use an upgrade in the rooms. The bathroom sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall. The floors were very dirty. One of the towels had what looked like pubic hair on it. We had to ask for an iron and extra pillows. We did like the parking, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating."

Angela from the Bahamas, staff was pleasant. But on the 27th of July there was storm and we spent the night with out light and ac . There was no compensation for the night without power.

Honestly, it smells bad as soon as you walk into the hotel, and the floors are dirty; there is very little hygiene. Sorry, but I am never going back to that hotel.

Everyone was nice to us from the hotel

Para empezar no dicen que es un extender stay. Los pasillos, elevadores todos sucios y si pedía limpieza era un cobro adicional. Lo único bueno que lo utilice solo para dormi.

* The room had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival. * The room was dirty and not cleaned to an acceptable standard. * The microwave was dirty. * The vent above the stove was dirty and did not work. * There was no housekeeping or room service provided during my stay. * I had to take out my own trash because it was never collected.
