Staff were very helpful and friendly. When I was leaving the property. Noticed the sheriff department were on the property. Was concerned about the security situation. Also the room smelled like old furniture.

reserve una habitación para 4 personas y cuando llegue no habia me dieron un sofa cama lo cual no servia ya que era muy molesto dormir tenia todos los muelles afuera en fin nos fuimos de ahi a las 2 horas no se podia dormir

This place does not look welcoming when you arrive at the entrance. My family and I had to struggle with our suitcases to go into the small reception area. There is nothing to eat at this hotel and there is absolutely no cutlery in the kitchenette. After we checked in and realized the situation we had to walk for about 15 minutes down a lonely road to get something to eat. I didn’t like the location. It’s a $60 taxi to get to this hotel . No food , nothing in the kitchenette to use to prepare a meal .( no pot , cups, fork, spoon, knife, ) absolutely nothing. The area where we walked was lonely and dark in some areas

Rooms aren't as clean. Appliances have rust on them that has never been cleaned. A/C units are old and not as cold. Towels and bed sheet quality is poor. Stains on wood floors that have never been cleaned. No housekeeping service. Slow wifi

El Sr Andrew es súper grosero te falta el respeto, te insulta y te vota del hotel sin importar que estaba yo recién operada debe de buscar la solución decidió faltar el respeto y desalojar del hotel a toda la familia junto a una recepcionista hispana nacionalidad Dominicana. Aparte que el cuarto de hotel la estufa no funcionaba justo el día que nos desalojaron del hotel la habían arreglado, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba me quedé ahí porque ya había pagado y estaba recién operada para estar con cambios. Pésimo servicio
