I chose a room with a bath due to competing in sport. The hot water dident work so couldn’t use. Luke warm at best. I mentioned to staff said they would have to move me but nothing else available right now… someone else overheard my conversion on this and said there is no point anyway as is the same for them. Was not worth the money and i hope i can get a part refund but wont hold my breathe!

I read reviews from over a year ago, and many guests were reporting the exact same moldy smell. If this has been an ongoing issue for more than a year, why hasn't the hotel fixed it? Almost every other review mentions the unpleasant odor. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. To whoever owns or manages this hotel: please address this problem. It has clearly been an ongoing issue for a long time, and your guests deserve clean, fresh-smelling rooms.

It was fairly clean. Cozy and loved the area. Room service did not give fresh towels no ice or water on site. Water in workout room stayed empty

The only negative would be that the shower head has absolutely no pressure at all. It is very weak. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The property is dated, as well as the items in the property all the way to the sheets. Convenient location in Doral. Again, staff was excellent, especially Claudia!

I’m kind of disappointed that we have to purchase cookwares in a suite. The room was empty. Only 2 beds, 4 pillows, 1 chair, 2 towels.
