La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Miami Airport North

Rooms don’t have microwave or refrigerators. The shuttle for pickup from airport was awful. No air in the van . They say every hour the driver pulls up they were late. Other than that it was an ok place for just 1 night stay. It is an outdoor facility.

The price

The room was dirty, had dead bugs and dust on the floor. Bathroom had hair left over.

The cleanness of the room was not ideal, and if the thing it can improve the most. Hairs, bugs and dust was foundsince we arrived and everytime they cleaned, which was every other day. The soap and the toilet paper were not recharged everytime and we would need to ask for them and even buy out own soap. Breakfast was one of the main points we went for this option, and we were disappointed since day one, as the only thing they offer is 4 types of bread with their spreads, some apples and some juices and yogurt. No protein at all (bacon, not even eggs). Would appreciate some more protein options.

It looks well maintained on the outside of the building. In side the room looks clean but the floor is dirty, the bed makes sound when you move, the mattress isn’t comfortable to sleep in. It made my back hurt in the morning. The sheet and pillow cases smell. Overall, it isn’t a pleasant for my stay.

There is no one I’d recommend this hotel to. It was terrible. There was hair everywhere, in bed on the lamp, all over the floor. There were ants in the room when we got there. The sheets had a stain on them. The hotel was outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Will not be returning to this hotel and probably any other LaQuinta after this experience

Second time here back to back to watch World Cup games and once again this place was amazing

Aire no tenia control para subir temperatura, las lamparas no funcionaron. Ka cana estaba muy blanda y faltaba una almohada en cada cama. Muy pobre el desayuno.

Y limpieza de las habitaciones aunque avisamos con un día de anticipación queríamos housekeeping, nunca apareció nadie y si fue anotado por la persona de recepción para que lo hicieran al día siguiente pero nunca limpiaron la habitación.

All was well

The checkin took 35 mins it was not the check in persons fault because it was just her and she was so pleasant but we watched like 4 or more workers just passing by and saw the struggle and offered her no assistance and then get to the room it was very hot air conditioning was set at 60 but the room stayed 73 in Miami on a 92 degree day! That’s unacceptable!

Everything was OK

This is the first Laquinta I've stayed in that I had to walk all the way across the lot with my bags upstairs to get to my room. It took me a minute to find my room because the check in lady had drawn me a map that was wrong, when she could have pointed to where I needed to go, would have been more affective. I didn't eat breakfast because the office was too far for me. So, those were my only issues. My room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, air conditioning was good, and parking lot was clean, but didn't seem like a lot room for cars.
