La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Miami Airport North

Staff stole my ensure out my room and told me nothing they can do . No fridge or amenities horrible WiFi list goes on

There is enough place to park, air conditioning works very good, bring a hoodie and socks. The room is clean, our bathroom was clean, but there is need for some replacing of some things.

Property needs to be updated. My room was not properly cleaned it was still dirty on floors etc. The bed was horrible it felt like I was sleeping on an old pull out sofa and it wasn't a pull out sofa an actual bed but the mattress was horrible. Breakfast was just bread, cereal and boiled eggs. Don't plan on eating. They do have a McDonald's right next door so we just walked over and grabbed Breakfast from there. No room in hotel lobby and dining area everything is small and cramped. People were knocking each other over trying to get by one another. For the price they charged you can find better. It seems more like a motel and not a hotel

I requested a room On the 3rd floor and it was very good. Door had multiple locks and AC. Lights, and water worked fine Front desk was very helpful, shuttle service to airport was excellent, breakfast staff was great. I will stay there again.

Spacious room,breakfast was ok and just depending on your rom location you’ll hear either laughter or foot traffic.

We checked in and checked out with 14mins. Walked into the room and were greeted by a roach. Left immediately and received a refund.

They close the breakfast to early i was going there for years and breakfast close at 10 now they close it at 9

It was ok considering I just needed it for night stay

A line that reaches outside the property with a single employee attending, calls, line and whatever fire needs to be put out… maximizing profits to at the cost of customer experience is not a zero sum manager.

Room was dirty and gave motel vibe. This is my 2nd La Quinta in Miami I stayed at and both were terribly disappointing. Need a desperate revamp. Never AGAIN
