Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport

The overall condition of the hotel did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or guest satisfaction. I believe these issues should be addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests. I hope management will take the necessary steps to clean, repair, and update the property.

There is a $15 fee to park your car and the price for the continental breakfast was $17 for adults and $10 for kids. We would stay here again.

stop making hotels that you can't open the window. I'm not ok staying in a coffin.

Everyone was really nice and it was clean and smelled very nice when you walked in. I would for sure stay here again.

Overall the place was great and the breakfast was very tasty. The room’s humidity was not correct! The tissues were almost moist and you could feel the room itself was almost damp.

Loved the hotel would stay again

Staff was very nice and friendly. I was able to get a late check out upon request. I thought all four points had a separate sitting area outside of the room. But it was not the end of the world.

The bed was comfy, there was a selection of different pillows allowing to accommodate to preference. The breakfast was quite nice. The free transfer from and to the airport was very convenient and added value. Pretty good restaraunt - not too expensive, but food was quite ok, and it had a nice choice of beers. All in all - it was very very good Not the most inspiring hotel I have ever stayed in (but never pretending to be one either) - everything was very practical. A couple of loose interior details. Coffee was too weak at the breakfasts... I'm really scrambling for something to nitpick to...

Hotel was convenient for a one night stay before boarding cruise ship. Hotel was clean and modern.

Great front desk. Helpful and the shuttle makes it worth it as well. Lovely place to pre flight.

The restaurant was amazing their food was very tasty! Our AC unit went out when we returned from our night out and the temperature reached 83 degrees! I’m sure it was cooler outside. The floor was wet from humidity and it was really hard to get any sleep!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check-in time and they stored our bags and allowed us access to the pool while we waited for the first available room.
