Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West

Wasnt pleased that I paid $180 for a room and then to have to pay $21 for breakfast as well is a bit over the top

On my second day at the hotel, I reported a front desk employee to the police after witnessing him engaging in inappropriate behavior in a secluded area of the kitchen. I observed him using a substance, which I believed was inappropriate for someone in a public position, apparently that bothered him so he ended up ruining my day and made me leave in a heartbeat by bringing 4 police to escort me out of the building. This incident disrupted my planned 4th of July getaway with my son and his mother, resulting in additional expenses for alternative accommodations. And I deserve way more than compensation. For the pain and suffering I had to go through plus pushing through to go to another hotel after I had already prepared this day for them.

Nice hotel at a great price and location. The pool was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had a breakfast option, which we did not need but appreciate. However, I believe the pool needs an upgrade and so do some of the fixtures in the room and bathroom (mirror corners cracked and breaking off and rusty light fixtures)

This was a great hotel to stay at for a layover they had a quick and easy shuttle both to and from the airport. Staff was nice and friendly and bed was comfortable.

I couldn’t recharge my iPhone 14 because it didn’t work in the charging area. The breakfast was highly overpriced so I crossed the street to McDonald’s.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was adequate for our overnight needs. Carlos, the manager, helped rectify a matter we encountered. We woukd stay again. The airport shuttle took over an hour to come to the airport after midnight. All the other airport shuttles came through multiple times before ours slowly came through. It was very frustrating.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very out of date and the elevator is slow af. Ladies at the front desk could be a little nicer.

Booked last min due to flight overlay. Shuttle was convenient way to and from airport. Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and slept very comfortable.
