Aloft by Marriott Miami Airport

I have stayed in other aloft properties, and this was the least maintained. The hallways have no AC on and my room smelled musty like mildew. When I asked the front desk for two wine glasses for the room, she said this place isn't fancy and handed me plastic cups, even though they have an wxyz bar on property that has wine glasses. There are better options around the MIA airport.

Mediocre staff not willing to help,same as Expedia staff.Horrible experience with both.

The free airport transport stopped at 11 so I had to get my own ride because it was 11:02pm so that amenity was useless. The room was okay but the shower was dirty and the air in the room barely moves. It’s under the desk by the tv and barely puts out air so I sweat all night. All in all I would never stay at this property or recommend it.

Large and clean rooms with great customer's service.

This place was very nice! Super close to all sorts of things to do, very clean and well maintained. The staff we interacted with were all super nice and professional. The bar area was really neat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking $20.00 a day and yet there are not responsible for anything that happens to the car.

The room was clean and comfortable and bar tender was great.

The hotel was well-maintained and provided daily housekeeping services. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided tips for an enjoyable stay. The complimentary Uber service and neighboring restaurants were also a plus, especially for a solo traveler. The only downside was that the room was not soundproof from the noises in the lobby and other rooms close by.

Overall nice place

The room was clean. The view was basically the roof front. Staff at 10 PM were not the friendliest or accommodating. We did have problems with the toilet where we needed to fix the valve ourselves to make sure we had water in the tank to flush. Hot breakfast is basically microwavable items. For an overnight state is OK but

Great location. Parking was good, access to the express way without any problems. The airport is next door. We will stay there again in the our next trip.

Large room, good AC, very clean, peaceful The lady at the front desk seem to not want to be at work that day however, the gentleman that was there was very nice
