Also, if you arrive early, and hope to get your room early, be prepared to pay $100 just for the few extra hours prior to actual check in time, and regardless of how many hours you’re early. A total rip off! Other than that, staff are nice, there’s food close by, just a few minutes walk away. Would I go back? I’m not sure. The shuttle thing is a problem for me. Oh and the uber”shuttle” trips start at 6:30am. If you have to be at the airport earlier, you have to figure it out in your own.

Although the hotels were very similar, the construction noise at the Miami location was nonstop throughout all three nights, starting early every morning. The noise appeared to be coming from the roof. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address it. For that reason, I’m giving the hotel 3 stars. The stay was otherwise fine, but the constant construction noise made our 3-night, 4-day stay far from pleasant.

It’s a quick and convenient hotel to stay at and they do offer complimentary Ubers to and from the hotel and airport which comes in handy.

Reported to the staff that there was a problem with the air conditioning and immediately was moved to another room. Friendly staff excellent bartender.Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Everything was awesome down to my 3 night stay & everyday they would clean my room put clean towels and fix my bed. I enjoyed everyone there

Aloft will always be one of my top go-to hotels for vacations or little trips because it’s never disappointing! For the one in Miami it was just hot in the hall ways, and the AC unit in the room was great until the morning before we left it got a little warm but other than that it was a good stay.

No cash accepted at all. My toilet seat was loose, but they fixed that issue immediately. Lighting in room is dull, but no big issue.
