Quality Inn Miami Airport - Doral

Very nice

Nothing. Room had roaches. Toilet was flushing properly. I had to go to the front desk to complain. The beds very uncomfortable. No hot water. The fire alarm was beeping all through the night.

The breakfast was good. Hot food before heading to the airport. Everything was good for our stay.

It was ok everything was fine.

Hotel shuttle you had to schedule unlike other hotels in the area the shuttle was readily available

The hotel does not look like it is advertised in the photos.

Overall good for a quick stay due to a layover or budgetting but there are better options

The room interior was damp and never felt cold, the bed, OMG the bed was "V -shape" and always rolled to the middle, the pillow was very lumpy and requested for new ones and was told we will try to get new ones for you. Ne ver happened. Bathroom, faucet had low pressure, the seal around the tub appeared to have mildew that was black, the ceiling paint was falling down into the shower. This was a truly terrible an experience and I have many photos to share. Expedia, I hope you're able to look into this and personally. As I would like to get EITHER REFUND or credit for another future Stay Booked

The staff are professional. The bed was comfortable and the room reflected that it was clean The building is in need of upgrading. The door to the bathroom could not close. One of the hinges was rusted. They were painting during the day. I requested a late check out, I got a runaround

The hotel is being renovated, so every morning we were awakened by drilling and workers making noises. The cleaning personnel would enter my room and completely ignore my "do not disturb" sign. I even went to the front desk to tell them to stop entering my room, but they continued to enter my room even after asking them not to. I had to hunt down a cleaning lady to tell her to remove me from the list for the cleaning because they would completely disregard my front desk request and the do not disturb sign. We also had issues with our access key. Every day when we would come back to the room, our cards would not work. Literally, every single day. We would go to our room, tap the card, and it would not work. We'd then go downstairs to get the key fixed. Every single day, it was incredibly annoying.
