Quality Inn Miami Airport - Doral

We had 2 rooms and they both leaked with water and the one next to us flooded. The staff was very accommodating and moved us rooms. Looks like they are doing some remodeling but needs more than exterior paint. There was mold in the rooms on the walls and bathroom doors. There was some very suspicious people in the area.

But it is the worst hotel ever,, well no the worst was in Charlotte lol.. The bathtub faucet was old broken and diry, The room door was super hard to open and close..the smell was awful .. the front desk woman was super aggressive With a poker face, not even a small smile..

Our room was 211 ,we have booked a room for 2 nights . When we get inside the roof there was Water all over the floor , ceiling and wall. The droplets of water was dripping from the ceilings which made the bed and blanket so wet and cold, but we stayed first night and tomorrow morning I went to receptionist to change the room but she said all rooms are safe finally I got refund for remaining one night. Very worse place to stay. This place is like a homeless shelter.

Air-conditioning doesn’t work in the room. They’re currently remodeling. There’s construction stuff everywhere and the rooms are sweating because of the humidity. The bathroom in our room was unfinished was unable to use it. My mom fell because the floors were sweating so bad from the humidity overall was a horrible stay

Location was great , price was good and staff was very friendly The hotel is getting remodeled and honestly its was a little inconvenient. We also stayed in one the outdated rooms, please do something about the bed mattress

Centipedes in our room (not their fault) Room was very damp, mould on the ceiling, walls wet to touch. Our clothes need washing before our cruise begins. Told by reception to keep aircon on below 70, which was freezing. Will not stay again.

Our room was very disappointing. Found a cockroach and a tick in our room, the bathroom door didnt lock, the main door was very difficult to shut tight. Will never be returning to this hotel.

Renovations seem to be ongoing but this info should have been provided at the time of booking. There was water in the hallway floors, tv and some lights in the room were not working, doors were hard to unlock.

Hotel is wearing down , old, very bad conditions .. never ever
