Quality Inn Miami Airport - Doral

Staff was courteous. Cleaning crew was friendly. There were many choices for breakfast and it was fresh and hot. Room floors, bathroom and beds were clean.

Clean room

The hotel has serious maintenance problems. The elevator is old, the rooms feel neglected, and the air conditioners are outdated. My room had humidity everywhere — even the floor stayed damp the entire time. The bathroom was in such poor condition that I didn’t even feel comfortable showering. You can hear everything happening outside the room, which made it very hard to rest. Breakfast was very basic for the price: cereal, milk, bread, and scrambled eggs. I expected something better. Overall, I did not sleep well, I did not feel comfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness or a good rest with family. I will not stay here again.

15 minutes from the airport and around 30 from Miami Beach. Room was pretty basic, facilities needed upgrade. Shower head was completely rusty.

La verdad que la atención y la limpieza en este hotel estuvo terrible, había cucarachas el servicio, era tan patético que ni siquiera había jabones para bañarse las camas manchadas. Y aparte de que estuve mi estadía y me acusaron de qué yo estaba metiendo hombres a mi habitación, cuando ni siquiera me la pasé en la habitación, porque fui a Miami a disfrutar y a pasarla bien y ellos acusándome de algo que no había pasado. Fui a la recepción a preguntarle porque estaban diciendo eso y porque estaban acusándome de cosas y después pidiéndome disculpas, una atención fatal, no lo recomiendo en nada muy cara la habitación para lo que es

El peor hotel. Cuarto.con cucarachas!!! El cuarto liqueaba y habia un charco del.agua del.aire acondicionado. Estaba en fatales.condiciones. Olor a humedad. Los empleados no fueron amables. La comida del desayuno espantosa.

First they sent us to another hotel because we were overbooked but not before talking in front of us in spanish as if i didnt understand and almost left us to figure it out ourselves. When we did get a room, the floor was dirty and the single pillow we each got were stained. Im not sure they understand what hospitality means. I guess you get what you pay for.

If I could give this review zero stars I would. Zero for staff. zero for cleanliness. zero for everything. At bedtime our room started to smell like smoke. I stepped outside thought maybe something was on fire. I couldn’t see anything but hoped the smell will go away. It did not. I opened up the room door to let some of the smell dissipate and asked a man walking past do you smell smoke in my doorway he said yes. My daughter has asthma so I called the front desk to let them know. The staff proceeded to ask me questions like if something was on fire outside I sais “I don’t know. I don’t see anything immediately on fire outside. Maybe you should look. Do you see anything on fire outside?” I was there alone with my daughter, It’s also not my job to look around for firemen their property. He put the phone down and I could hear him and a coworker having a conversation about me and she had a very bad attitude, telling him just to tell me to deal with it. I don’t think he knew I could hear his conversation. They called someone else and immediately the second person he spoke with said change her rooms, he got back on the phone and said the best I can do is switch your rooms. I said that works and we went to the front desk. when I got there the female coworker had the worst attitude, rolled her eyes and was upset that he was switching our rooms. Second room wasn’t any better. It smelled like smoke so every hour I was opening the door to let the smell out and it had no smoke detector.

In the Rooms there is only two temperatures!! Freezing cold or drowning in condensation water if you lower the A/C. The WHOLE room gets COMPLETELY WET if you set the temperature above 73 F on the A/C. Hotel is a little hard to find and dated, but the location is good and the Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is OK.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. For the amount of money I paid, I have stayed in a classier and way nicer hotel for. There was mold throughout the room, bathroom dirty and rusty. The photos don’t do justice!. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Close to restaurants and shops. Rooms smelled musty. Water damage. Lamps were rusty. Headboards majorly scuffed. Shower pressure and temperature less than desirable.

We cleared Immigration @7.21PM & we waited at the designated area & didn't get pick up at the airport. I called the hotel around 8:15PM & the lady was very rude. "It's after 8 the driver would not be coming back". We spent $26.57 on Uber to get to the hotel. Two weeks before our trip, I called to ask can the hotel receive package on my behalf since we were coming from the Caribbean. (WE HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE WITH OTHER HOTELS & NEVER HAVE TO PAY A FEW) The lady said Yes. (NO MENTIONED ABOUT A PAYMENT) Upon arriving we were told $10 per packages. We went back & forth with the two front desk staff. The room was ok... Had a smell. The toilet had a leak. Breakfast was horrible. It was the same thing for the two days we stayed. All in all that place is no Quality!!!

Room wasn’t clean don’t have wash towels and no one speaks English

No AirPort transportation , the Hotel is okay for what you pay. The staff was very nice. Breakfast included.
