Hampton Inn Miami-Airport West

The hotel room is very clean. Bright, the staff was amazing, very helpful. With directions where to go for dinner They were very understanding with children with special needs . The hot breakfast was great plentiful. The pool itself was great. I would come back again.

Could do better on communication regarding the cruise transportation they offer.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There could be minor improvements for example bath mats and thicker comforters but it was generally a pleasant stay!

The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff polite and helpful. They worked with me to get room closer together as I was travelling with a group. Our rooms were not ready by check in time (3pm) and we had to wait for the cleaning to staff to finish our rooms. One of our group also left an item in one of the rooms, but we were told that only the housekeeping staff could check the lost and found, which seemed odd. To me the front desk attendant should be able to check the lost and found for any missing items.

Everthing was fine until the bus transfer to the airport. Bus was late then drop off was at the arrival not departure not good.

The pool was great - a good size with nice lounge chairs. Great for my kids. I like everything about the hotel.
