Clean property and we'll maintained. The shower was extremely hot which was great. The only, but major complaint was the mattress. It was formed with wood or concrete. Hard as brick.

Breakfast limited options.

I went down to the front desk to ask about their shuttle service to the cruise port & was instructed to scan the QR code and sign up! Easy peasy, did that. Later, I notified the front desk that I hadn’t receive a confirmation or a way to pay. “Oscar” instructed me to just pay the driver. The next morning comes to grab the shuttle at my scheduled time and there was a woman in front of me complaining about the shuttle so I jumped in the conversation expressing I was scheduled too. The hotel staff told us that the shuttle was canceled since there was only 2 of us taking it. Then a gentleman walks in and hears our conversation’ he says that the shuttle was canceled earlier that week for his party of 5 going to the port. We all expressed our disappointment, anger, etc.. but we knew we had to get to the port. The woman & i shared an Uber, which was his first day, 80 yr old man who didn’t speak English, didn’t know where the port was or how to get there. After an HOUR, we arrived. VERY DISAPPOINTED
