Hyatt Place Miami Airport West/Doral

Great experience, highly recommended

The hotel is old and in desperate need of updates

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing and full spirited. We came for a getaway even tho we live in Miami , it’s always nice to just get away and change scenes. This place was perfect, next to everything.

The AC was not working in our room. The maintenance guy came and stated it was cooling. The front desk associate assesses that it was NOT working and gave us a fan to use. We were told we could not be moved to another room because the hotel was booked. Though the desk attendant was nice, we slept in an room that was hot at 76 degrees.

We stayed here before boarding a cruise. The hotel needs some TLC but it was fine for the 2 nights we were there. Some of the staff were helpful but it showed they needed more staff support. Breakfast was more than a basic continental and a good way to start our day.

It was over priced The lights in the room is too dim. Also the ones near the bad keep flickering because of bad connection of the outlet that was behind my bed and every time I moved it with flickered of went off. I had to pull my bed from the head to not caused that to happen of which could have caused a fire.

The room was clean and had alot of space with a pull out sofa. Microwave and fridge. The breakfast was good too I would stay there again. The location is great and close to shops and night time entertainment at City Place.

Breakfast, staff, location and parking facilities were all great. The room air conditioning system was the worse ever!!! It was very loud, impossible to turn off and ran constantly even with the thermostat control in the off position! And it resulted in a tortuous night with disturbed sleep.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff

This hotel was pretty decent. Rooms were clean and a pretty good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast that was included was good. Overall, not too bad.

Nothing Everything

Pleasant stay, expected a bit more out of breakfast. Limited choices and milk for cereal as well as yogurt were warm .
