Hyatt Place Miami Airport West/Doral

Hotel urgently needs renovation!

Excellent NA

The room was very clean lovely staff . The breakfast was a little disappointing could have been a lot better. Overall very convenient place to stay . Comfortable stay

The place wasn’t terrible but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was included but not too many options.

Love how close it is to the airport

Great hotel ………//.///..:……

I would like to report that the shampoo container provided in the room was broken upon arrival. After bringing this to the attention of the staff, she promptly provided a replacement container, which I appreciated. However, I felt it was important to document the issue as part of my overall feedback.

Everything was great.

Very clean place friendly staff the breakfast always on point love staying there will be back soon There were nothing I dislike about hyatt place

El techo de mi cuarto tenía moho bastante visible El aire acondicionado de mi amiga no funcionó y se tuvo que cambiar El desayuno aunque recién hecho lo servían algo frio, al menos los huevos

The location The fact that the elevators always had something

The location The fact that there is always something with the elevators

Don't like to pay parking...

Exceptional

Co Bed and pillows

My favorite hotel to stay!!!

Good

The hotel stinks, the rooms stinks the staff kind but ineffective terrible experience that hotel is more like a motel, I have to go in the middle of the night because the smell was terrible

Very good

The rooms were very well maintained and comfortable ...house keeping did an excellent job. Breakfast offered was basic...a little variety would be nice as the same items were served every day which can become boring by day 3. 1 elevator was not working making it difficult during peak hours ..we had to wait approximately 20 mins to get our luggage to the lobby area during checkout. Some front desk staff needed to be more personable.
