The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything was well maintained, and we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. We really appreciated the great service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

The property itself looks dated, with lots of stains and tears on the lobby furniture and carpets. A lot of Amazon delivery boxes were lying around in the lobby. The elevator floor was dirty and covered with stains, like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I was put in an accessible room, so no tub. The shower area was separated from the rest of the bathroom by only a curtain, and whenever I took a shower, water would flow right throughout the entire bathroom and even toward the room. The bedroom carpet showed signs of previous water staining as well. it was very gross. I can't express how disappointing this stay was. Thank god I was only there for one night. I definitely will not be returning.

I did not like that the hotel does not have an airport shuttle.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel started off terribly because of the receptionist at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was rude, loud, argumentative, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. When we walked in, she was sitting down and lounging, and instead of greeting us politely, she asked, “How can I help you?” in a tone that made us feel as though we were disturbing her. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or courtesy. The biggest issue came when I simply questioned the parking fee, because our Expedia reservation did not clearly advise us that we would have to pay an additional fee for parking. Rather than calmly explaining the hotel’s policy, she immediately became defensive and argumentative. She raised her voice and told me that everyone has to pay the fee, that it was my problem if Expedia didn’t explain it, and that I needed to take it up with Expedia. A simple question turned into an unnecessary confrontation. Her entire attitude was completely unacceptable for someone working in hospitality. Throughout our stay, she would also disappear from the lobby for long periods of time. We were initially given only one room key, so I had to come back downstairs just to get another one. This was an extremely disappointing way to begin our stay. Guests should be welcomed with professionalism and respect, not treated as an inconvenience for asking a reasonable questi
