Green closed pool. Restaurant closed indefinitely. Clean room.

Got to the rooms both regular. My sister has special needs. She ended up sleeping in her wheelchair that night And didn't let me know till the next morning. Because she knew I had driven from Fla to Al Only had 2 hour sleep. After put our stuff in our rooms 9:30pm. All night long people making noise with door slams,talking loud outside and loud music. Still not much sleep for me. Next morning Amanda showed us another room for my Sister. Which we could live with. Had To move my sisters things again. To other side of hotel not next to my room like we had requested. Housekeeping were to make her bed up while me were away. But didn't do the room as Amanda had put in notes to get it done. We visited family . Didn't get back to my rooms 1:30am Had to go to front desk. To see about getting some linens for the couch sleeper. Another 2hours now. When I go to my room key would not work Now back I go to front desk. She said someone had change me to a one night stay. . A LOT MORE BAD STUFF HAPPENED . But no more space.

The only good thing this place has going for it is … the lady at the front desk was super friendly and nice. The air condition was not working in the foyer. they said that it had been like that for months they had the front door propped open with fans everywhere. We went into Jake’s There bar to shoot some pool and then sing karaoke. Out of four air-conditioning units inside (jakes) only one was working. The bartender was super friendly, and the karaoke guy was amazing. Our room was disgusting. There is no hot water. The sink water would not cut off ran constantly. Big roaches found on the floor and on the wall. You could see daylight from around and under the door. Of course I didn’t see it till the next day, but there were three stains on the sheets ! Around the baseboards, there was mold. And as hot as it was a swim in the pool would have been nice, but the water was green !

The entire facility was dirty. The bar was nice and the bar staff nice. I’m tired of Hotels showing facilities with nice pools and arriving to see a closed filthy mess.

The dirtiest rooms I have ever seen at a hotel or motel. Stains on bed, roaches everywhere and the floor and walls and every surface is gross and uncleaned. They literally could not pay me any amount of money to stay here again. Place should be closed down immediately. Staff just on their phones and ignoring guests while talking to their friends on FaceTime.

That it was close to the hospital Everything else if anything went wrong. The lady at the desk told me that the card pos was not working so I paid cash. Then had me sign a piece of paper the room number and had me sign it.no reciept bc the printer wasn't working. Then sent us to a room and when I opened the door and someone was in that room. So went back up and she gave us another room but it was very dirty. The breakfast was non existent but had cereal but the milk was spoiled. Then they messed up my stay and went to the desk talked to Nikita very nice person. But come to find out somehow my reservation was under my last name but spelled weird. And was payed threw a American Express card. Which I do not own. Then we left the next day a few minutes late from the 11 checkout. But now I have a charge and it's not valid.

The employee at the front desk looked sleepy and was dressed inappropriately (it looked like she was wearing pajamas). It took a long time for her to give us a room.

Hotel was extremely dirty! Dead roaches, bathroom door rotted and didn't close. Dirty stained sheets. Pool was slimy and green! Staff was asleep at desk, not friendly.

People outside working on vehicles. Walked into the office and it was like sweat box. Had to stay upstairs with a 4 year old and my disabled mother whom has mobility issues. Not to mention had to take a cool shower. There were multiple big bugs in the room. It says there is an indoor and outdoor pool. The lady laughed at my whenever I mentioned it. Said there was no indoor pool and outside pool was being cleaned. It was dark brown and stunk so bad. Unfortunately we had a room with the overview of the pool. Just a reminder of what my kids couldn’t do at our stay.

It was FAR from clean. Stains and dried food stuck to the upholstered chair and ottoman. There was NO remote in the room for the TV. I tried to call the front desk but tge phone was DEAD. Went to the front desk, they said we're sure it's there but I'll send someone. About 15 minutes later a guy shows up. Had no idea who he was but comes in and says here's My personal roku remote. When do you leave. I said Saturday morning. He says ok. Drop off the remote to My room. Room 210. So he expected Me to return tge remote to his room. Wow. Like it's My job to replace it. Then walked over by the bathroom and the ironing board was hanging on the wall. The upper leg and lower leg was covered in rust. The cover was stained and again food stuck to the cover of that as well. Unreal. I have pics to show the entire ironing board covered with thick rust. Then I go to the restaurant. What a joke. Family friendly? But the door said must be 21 to enter. Why, because it was a bar, not a restaurant. Yes they served food which i will say it was edible but took forever to get since they had 1 guy covering food orders and serving drinks and manning the bar. Their ad showed free breakfast. Turns out thats only on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Not what the ad on Expedia. The so called pool was empty. No water. Worthless, and filthy. Disappointed

The location. The floor was filthy, there was a gap at the bottom of the door that something could come through, the room smelled of very stale cigarette smoke that even Lysol did not cover. We ask for another hand towel and trash bag twice but never got them. The swimming pool was very low on water and from a distance did not look very clean. I do not generally read reviews because they are someone's opinion, but I read them before we left and they all seemed to have the same opinion as we do. The place needs attention.

Rooms were nice but when I pulled the comforter back there were stains. Also had some roaches
