The picture is not how the hotel look, We arrived and drove around the property first to see people handing outside with clothes baskets and chairs in front of the door. We had already book on Hotel.com so we went to check in and they informed us the was no breakfast in the morning then we got the key and went to the room it was very bad smell of mildew and the walls was dirty the towels was dirty the lamp shades was filthy the sheets on the bed had stained (blood or semon on it

There was no breakfast. Employees stated that if the owner provide funding for the breakfast then we would have gotten it. But the owner doesn't provide it Nothing and I want a full refund!

Where it was located No breakfast. Pool doesn’t work. But when you call and ask they said it does work. And on website to say breakfast

I ended up not staying at the hotel.I walked in my room and it smelled like cigarettes and because of some people lingering around the property, I did not feel safe. I would not recommend this hotel.

We liked the location because we could walk to everything They cable was off again, we always have to get more bedding because the covers and pillows have stains. The floors were dirty, we brought our own broom. It didn't use to be like this. Jakes is never open and that's the main attraction. It's like they're not trying to open it back up. This use to be my favorite place to stay because of Jake's. Sadly this was the last time I'd be staying there, unless they get better management. I don't even attempt the breakfast anymore it's horrible.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, fridge had a freezer, and many hotels don't, anymore. Whole place has gone downhill. AC was out in the lobby and apparently had been for some time. Large commercial fans in the lobby to keep airflow. Pool closed, bar closed, breakfast not served, ice machine broken.

We liked the area Roaches were in the room and the refrigerator leaked water over the floor. No towels were in the room. And the pillows were spoiled we had to go get clean ones. Jakes isn't open and that's the reason we went. They really need to upgrade the breakfast.

Location was the only positive this stay Infestation of bed bugs in both rooms they put me in! Ensuring I brought none back home has been an expensive nightmare! Staff was sleeping at arrival (roughly 9pm). Staff was VERY nonchalant about the bed bugs - definitely not new information to them!!! Avoid this location at all costs!

The property as a whole seemed to be struggling. No AC in the lobby, No breakfast. Furniture was in disrepair. There was writing on the walls in the room. It was rough. The lady who checked me in wasn't rude, but wasn't especially friendly either. She didn't offer any explanation for the condition of the lobby or the lack of breakfast the website offered.
