Pool dirty rooms a mess how do you all have pullout chair beds and they have blood on them this hotel does not look like what is on the Internet false advertisement

The man that checked us in was not happy that we arrived at 1am. We had to travel there for work. We did not get our smoking room and I called to make sure our smoking room was downstairs as my husband has health issues without an elevator. They did have early checkin virtually, but says I just lost my smoking room that I paid for and he was rude when I called the office when I found out the room was non smoking. I even used someone in customer service to call and verify that. We didn't get the WiFi password, no breakfast, the room was dark and dank. Space towels, etc. one trashcan throughout the room and bathroom and sitting area. I would. Ot pay someone to stay there, I checked in at 1 am and was gone by 330 as I had work. I came back after work to get my stuff and leave. The ride Hatian man claims we could change rooms in the morning but we were only there for two nights and most of the first one was traveling.

So first of all it did not look like the pics AT ALL! There were people everywhere shooting fireworks (which is illegal in city limits!) They put us all the way in the back and the first thing we notice is a boarded up window. Then on the way up the stairs we noticed literally homeless people on mattresses right over the fence next to the balcony. Once inside the room it got worse… the lock was beoken on the door. The fabric worn off the headboards. What looked like blood stains on the mattresses. A melted microwave and not working fridge. A shower that didnt spray straight, just out of the side onto the toilet. Shower floor was about to fall thru. AC unit hanging off. Nasty stains all over the floors and paint peeling off the door casings. Look likel someone rubbed crap all over the door. No coffee or breakfast and i swear there was wildlife swimming in the pool. And laundromat was out of order.

My week was very peaceful and pleasant. My kids and I didn’t have any issues at all. The staff was very tentative.

Reservation worked for what I needed, but I would not have spent the night there, especially with children. Very outdated, cleaning left a lot to be desired, large gaps around the AC unit and door.

The room was ok couldn’t connect to WiFi even after calling the front desk.very loud guest and scary

Mildew/mold on bathroom walls. Exterior is trashed, literally as there is a homeless encampment. Multiple broken down refrigerators scattered around outside buildings. But the kicker was the pool greenish and cloudy and looked unsafe. Couldn’t even just read a book and Lonny the pool as there are no lounge chairs. Bathroom light did not work. Someone else’s razor cap and hair still in the shower.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There were loud, disturbing noises and fighting outside the hotel room around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep. Upon arrival, the room had water on the floor, and the TV was not working properly. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was not satisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The price is right for my multiple day stays every week for work. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean as well as the property. I've never had a bad stay here and I will continue to come back!

Nothing good to say. The sink drain was the floor. The head rest looked like someone ate a bullet then they tried to clean it. The pool was a whole ecosystem, no coffee or breakfast. Had to pay $40 for my dog.

I would never book at this hotel again. It was a horrible experience. The outside was visibly dirty and disgusting. The rooms were just as bad. Doors and walls with visible dirt. This is outside and inside. Paint peeling on walls. Headboards dirty and peeling so bad they should trashed. Smoking holes in comforters. Furniture broken and more than chipped horribly. It was not a pleasant stay at all. This was multiple rooms disastrous as they kept switching the rooms to accommodate me. The whole place just needs tossed and revamped! Do not believe the pictures it's horrible. The only nice rooms are the suites. Go figure. I only stayed because they didn't offer refunds.

called day before about pool before booking they said it was clean it was not it was extremely green and long worms all in it they even said whem I get there to let them check me in its still swimmable they switched my room 3 different times and I have 3 kids with me none of the rooms are what I asked for there is mold in the bathroom busted up walls people live here and try to bum stuff off of u this place was terrible!!!!!!

Nice place to stay staff are super friendly .. the only thing is no laundry which makes it very inconvenient for me ,

My day was not a good stay. The bathroom ceiling was caving in and it looked at disgusting and hazardous. I didn’t even shower there. I went to a friend house close by to shower because I was scared that the ceiling was gonna fall in and then the bathroom was leaking water all the way in the front by the refrigerator. I woke up to a puddle of water. The sofa was stain tremendously, and the refrigerator didn’t work. I was going to stay more than one day, but I checked out and went to another hotel for the rest of the weekend. I will never stay there again. They advertise breakfast and all they had was coughing.
