The staff was helpful, but the rooms were not clean. We tried one room for a night but it smelled strongly of tobacco smoke so we changed rooms and found that there was black dog hair in the corners of the room, a wad in the trash so we knew it hadn't been emptied and even stuck in the intake vents of the air conditioner. Gross! Pet friendly should not mean all guests should have to put up with the remnants of your pet . The bed was clean, but there were only two skimpy bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels.

Cleanliness Walks to thin, could hear people talking next room over. Floors from upstairs was cracking as the upstairs guest was walking around.

They gave us the wrong room, so we had to wait while they figured it out. The bed was just a lumpy mattress on a metal frame with no box spring. The cell service was horrible in the hotel and the Internet is very limited and slow, and only allows you to connect 2 devices unless you pay a upgrade fee. We left the same day we checked in.

The floor of the room appeared clean but walking around with bare feet or socks turned the bottoms black. The underside of the bed and ac were filthy. Had to pay extra for any amenities in the room (coffee maker, cookware, silverware/plates, extra sheets/blankets/pillows). Thankfully we had already brought our own cookware. Had an extra fee for using their sheets during our stay which was unexpected and figured it would be part of the hotel fees you already pay. There were random RV/Trailers there that were weird to be around. Some other shady vehicles as well. However it was the cheapest one in the area and in a great location near food shopping and entertainment.

But I could smell dogs in next room!

Nothing Bathroom had hair all over the floor didn’t have any washcloths and there was a flashing light in the room all night long

The location I had rented 2 rooms and when when my son went to get 2 more towels they were told they had to pay for them. There were no hand towels, there were only 2 bath towels given. The floors were filthy and hair was left on the bathroom floors.

Front desk clerk attendant seemed intoxicated. Room was not as pictured and had not been cleaned
-
On the plus side they did give me another roll of toilet paper and there was free coffee in the lobby.

Nice kitchenette room with amazing A/C!

Toilet wouldn't flush in our room so we got moved to another room and it was so filthy. Clumps of dog fur, the floor and counters were so sticky, the pillow cases had drool and makeup and other questionable substances on them, the bed was so lumpy in the middle, blood on the toilet and sheets, etc... And on top of all that it was so loud at all hours that it's impossible to sleep. Highly recommend looking elsewhere else for a better experience.

The room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. The floor wasn’t dirty but it also wasn’t super clean.

It felt like a mini micro studio apartment that I used to live in. It’s located in a good area with movie theater, restaurants and even a grocery store. Definitely would say here again and I recommend it.

Very low budget long-term stay property. The vinyl floor was sticky throughout the room. The bathroom had some kind of nasty stains in the tub and on the wall. The mattress felt as if it was 15 years old. The walls were so thin yiu could hear people's conversations from the next room. I stayed 20 minutes before leaving. Nasty. Avoid if you can!
