Staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the size of the room plus kitchen area!

I travel with a sister with disabilities. We had a handicap accessible room on the 3rd floor. The elevator broke during the night and we had to bring her down the stairs in her wheelchair. I asked for a first floor room they said was available and the said we could have it if the elevator was not fixed. When I asked in the middle of the day, they said it was fixed. When I came back that evening they had rented the 1st floor handicap room and the elevator was not fixed. A staff member had to help me get my sister to the 3rd floor using the stairs.

Honestly, I wish I had the opportunity to stay longer and really enjoy the space of my room and the amenities. Super clean, area seemed super safe, and the room had everything you could ever need. The only thing that was a little bit off was that you could check in without talking to a staff member and that would be awesome, but it didn’t work for me. Will try again at another LivAway stay soon!

The floor throughout the unit was fairly dirty with food drips type mess when I arrived. The bedding was nice. Staff was nice. Overall nice place mostly b/c its new.

I really liked the layout of the room and what it had to offer. I went out to eat most nights so I didnt get a chance to use the stove but I liked having a kitchen set up. The bed was comfy and lots of shelves/cabinets for storage! I did have a problem though, when I walked into the room there were food stains under the table and an empty gatorade bottle underneath bed. We don't usually complain so we just cleaned the stains ourselves and wore socks/shoes around the room the whole time. The bedsheets also smelt really bad as if the previous guest sweat in the bed and the sheets were not changed. I didn't know if I was crazy but after the 1st night, I couldnt stand the smell and it made the room smell. The hotel gave me a new set of sheets so that changed everything. I also felt like the room would be humid when I come back from being out even thought the A/c was on, I would just make sure to open the window when I return. Nonetheless, I would still stay here again because of the affordability.

Overall happy with our one night stay here. Upon arriving my friend and I were a little unsure about using the self-check in and the receptionist immediately approached us to say she could help us personally instead which I really appreciated. The check-in process was a breeze and we were up to our room under 5 minutes. The

At first I was disappointed because there was no coffee pot in room. But later realized there is a very nice coffee maker in the lobby during the hours of 4:30am - 11:30am. It makes different coffee flavors as well as hot cocoa.

The worst! Do dirty! Hair everywhere. Table tops had food, under bed was disgusting. And the smell was aweful!!

Clean room it was a nice setup different from hotels setup. But would have been great if they have extra amenities Pool, lounge area, and breakfast.

The worst was the elevator breaking. I was not notified and there was no sign on the doors. I had to call the property. Then take the stairs. It wasn’t fixed in the 3 days I was there. This would’ve been a nightmare if staying on the 4th floor with kids or babies. Will not be returning.

just right for a couple days. bathroom was large, floors were all vinyl, kitchen had enough dishes and eating utensils, easy parking. Did not miss the Resort things that we don't use anyway. close to variety restaurants and shopping. Will stay again.

clean room & easy check in

This hotel exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The building felt clean, comfortable and secure the entire time I was there. The front desk staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Would stay again!

Elevator was horrible and didn’t work on multiple occasions.

this is a very clean nice place to stay. the only thing i will say is it would be nice for a big mirror in the room. the only mirror is in the bathroom. when traveling with more than 1 teenage daughter- need mo mirrors.
