Clean environment . Great breakfast

My main complaint is that we had two rooms booked and in one we were unable to get hot water and in the second, the water in the shower was only intermittently hot. Given that the main role of a hotel is to provide a comfortable place to sleep and sufficient bathroom capabilities, this is a pretty significant failure. Would not reccomend.

Newer, clean, very usable hotel. This is pretty much the same type of hotel that is out there now.

Staff was exceptional. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast options were great.

Overall a good hotel close to highway and gas stations which made it great for us. Decent price and a pool that had no one in it which was great.

The property was great. I was pleasantly surprised with my room and bathroom. I didn’t use the gym but it looked nice and modern for a quick workout. Staff were all very nice and professional. I’d stay there again but on a higher floor. I could hear the dinging of the downstairs doors so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. This isn’t the properties fault, but the screaming kids across from me was so bad I was thinking of leaving. And the main road to access the hotel has changed so you have to go out of the way a bit to get there. A bit inconvenient. The entire road there is bad.

I don't think I'd stay at this particular hotel again, although it was clean, good breakfast, good staff the room wasn't worth the price as compared to other places I have stayed

Hotel charged the wrong card on checkout! After calling them and speaking to multiple people saying "we'll get back to you" no one has followed up. They still have not reversed charges on the card that should not have been charged. Very unprofessional.

Breakfast not good, location good The elevator one was down all evening was down when we arrived at 5:30pm and the next morning we went down for breakfast went to return to room to leave, couldn't get back to the room the working elevator broke down NO WORKING ELEVATOR and I'm handicap on oxygen on second floor and can't do stairs and all my stuff on second floor with I don't know when the elevators will be fixed and I need to check out, on time schedule and your staff was like oh well... Maintance man carried my stuff down the stairs ask for discount, I'll have to ask the manager and she will get a hold of you, NO ONE CALLED

Room was very clean. Everything was so nice

Nice place, clean, up to date. Friendly staff, ample parking. Fitness center looked clean with plenty of equipment. I was hoping the breakfast would be better. Powdered eggs, mediocre sausages, and so so biscuits and gravy. Waffles and oatmeal looked good but didn’t try them.

Clean, easy check in The bathroom room is very heavy, not easy to slide open and close. Although it’s a pretty doo, not functional

Very slow shower drain, near clogging

The location was fine, staff was nice Breakfast was low quality and did not match expectations based on the photos online. They changed my room without saying anything to me, besides at check in.
