Overbooked hotel Lost our reservation ? Rode 11 hours and we had to find an other hotel at 1am in the morning. Booking.com SUCKS !

Everything was good except there are no (ZERO/ZILCH) elevators, so if you have heavy luggage, it’s not very fun. Place would be great just for an overnight stay, but we had a week’s worth for 2 people.
