Excelente localizaciòn, super limpio, el desayuno espectacular, cuarto limpio, cama còmoda, baño super limpio.

Very comfortable bed! Easy parking.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The biggest issue we had was with the lack of maintenance in the swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub had toxic foam, as well as it was not up to temperature. And the swimming pool was cold and the water was cloudy.

It was a very comfortable hotel. Also, walking distance to restaurants and mall.

I liked the hotel. Everything but the shower! It was impossible to turn on. I had to call the front desk for help to turn it on! Embarrassing!

Clean & friendly

The only downside was that the pool had a strong chlorine smell, so we didn't stay in the water for very long. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a pleasant experience. I would stay here again.

We didn’t actually stay. I googled hotel rooms in Boise Idaho. Best western showed up so I reserved it. When we got to Boise I googled directions only to find they Reserved me a room in Sandy Utah. A refund was not even considered. Why would a hotel in Sandy Utah even show up on a Boise google search. I WAS NOT HAPPY!!

Rooms were very clean and spacious, ice maker was practically right outside our door, breakfast was nice, in-room coffee maker was awesome!

The room is amazing, we've stayed here multiple times over the years and it's the best bed and blanket combination ever. Perfect for sleepers that like it cold with heavy blankets. The property is starting to age and our shower handle pulled off, leaving us unable to take a shower and we weren't offered anything as far as compensation, so this might be our last stay there, but maybe it's an isolated incident.

Shower water pressure low a/c unit had a little trouble staying cool during the day. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

Location was close to everything we needed.

I was so impressed with the staff. Great costumer service. We felt right at home.
