The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit dated with the air conditioner making a loud squeeking sound when in use. The TV signal kept going out too. Firmer pillows would be nice. The amenities were nice and the breakfast was consistently good. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

The hot tub wasn't very warm and it's extremely small. The property feels run down and old.

Had a few minor issues and the hotel staff were very prompt and courteous getting everything fixed quickly

We didn’t eat breakfast. The location was ok. A bit hard to get in or out. Our window blind was broken. I wasn’t given Wi-Fi info. Bathroom set up was awkward. Too much $ for that room although I hear they are remodeling. We ere not there on vacation. We were attending a funeral

Another guest went to ask the man at the front desk and he said the coffee was being brewed. It might take me about half an hour to finish my breakfast slowly. When I left, there was still no coffee. This is the first time l've been at a Hampton chain hotel and there's no coffee!

I always stay here when visiting SLC. Reasonable price and easy to get to right off I15 and plenty of parking. Friendly staff and very clean rooms with daily room freshening which is rare anymore. Breakfast, fitness center and pool typical for hotel level. Love the cookies in the lobby in the early evening.

They couldn't gwt the TV to work in our room so they moved us to another room. It took a bit to get that TV to work. The remotes are worn out and you have to push really hard to get the buttons to work.
