The lady at the reservation desk was very sweet, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. She was the only positive in our stay. The outside of the hotel was dilapidated, there wasn't enough parking, the entire place smelled musty and old. And, the worst part of our stay was the unclean, unkempt, dusty, dirty hotel room with thin walls, and some guests were questionable, making us a bit uncomfortable. I have allergies and my stay was unbearable, on top of everything else. The air conditioning brought in great amounts of dust and mites. On top of that, there wasn't a ventilation fan in the bathroom making it even more humid, if you took a warm shower;contributing to the musty environment. This hotel was a run down, disappointing, unclean, expensive stay that we'll never stay at again, and cut our trip to Utah into one day. It's quite sad that a lot of Hampton Inns have went downhill fast.

Friendly Staff. Courteous and professional. Happy to help

The location was fantastic. It was easy to get to several restaurants in the area. It is a really good hotel if you're in the area for a quick stay (as we were).

this was the best hotel experience i’ve had. the staff was super helpful and so nice! the hotel also smells so so good so that’s a plus 🙂↔️ also love that their pool hours are later along with breakfast and check out ! kobe was the best and i can’t remember the other three names that that were also helpful to me 🩵 im coming back. also the deposit is not super high like other hotels. the only downside is there isn’t any microwaves in the rooms and for the pool area should be a changing station. other than that great experience and will def recommend.

The room was very clean and the breakfast had a wide variety of options.

It was great location. Good amenities for our dog. Could use some deep cleaning in the room.

Clean, cold room. Breakfast hit the spot.

This hotel is in a convenient location for shopping and dining. But the room is dark and in need of updating. It was clean though and breakfast was good.
-
Convenient and comfortable. The price was very good. I wish there was a microwave in the room. It's very inconvenient to only have one small microwave to use in the lobby, and I had to wait for another person to finish using it.

Our room was very clean. The bed was nice and firm. The staff was very respectful and helpful whenever asked a question. Parking was excellent and there was a couple of decent restaurants nearby. It was a great place to stay for the two days we were in town.

Excellent Nothing
-
It was close to everything that we needed. In the same lot as a convenience store and the breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was kind and understanding That you have to get staff to unlock the pool instead of it just unlocking with your room key (like the gym)

Clean, well managed.

All the treadmills did not work and all 3 days we were there, I saw no one working to fix them. The door to the pool was locked so you always had to ask a front desk person to open it. Also, the hot tub was so chlorinated that it stung the heck out of my nose and eyes. On our 2nd night around 12am, the AC made a very loud and weird noise and there after it was super loud at all times unless you turned it down to 60 or you had to unplug it. When we tried to call the front desk to ask about it, we discovered the phone wad nothing more than decoration. It did not work and when I tried to see of it was plugged in, a cloud of dust came out so I just left that alone... If you need someone at the front desk, good luck. We only saw someone minding the desk like 2 times from the many times we went in and out of the hotel. Al in all, it was not a good stay.
