front desk night lady I found rude but every one else was great

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub

The hotel staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and well located in an area easily accessible to everything.

Well the lights sheets water fixtures and stuff like that are about the cheapest stuff they could get thier hands on and they really phoned it in on the capet when they remodeled... I cant say enough about the staff tho. They gave the service of a much nicer place. Cleaning crew did great and the receptionist was even better. No trainee/new guy type of stuff in here. Quick, thorough, and willing. Absolutely wonderful staff and service.

Great place to stay.

Horrible, horrible property don’t ever stay there. The front desk was not willing to work at all with any type of variance of travel. I’m sure most people have issues when they travel and they might have to come in late or they might have to handle things differently than what the hotel wants this place did nothing to help or work with me. Nothing. I will never stay there again. I will never ever be a part of this company whoever they are whoever the owners are whoever those management are seems like it was the mother and daughter, but it’s stunk. It was terrible.

The hot tub was not full and making an awful noise.

Our maps did not take this to the location. Front desk stayed on phone with us until we could finally find the motel. Super friendly front desk staff. All staff were great. The breakfast nook was a bit small. Lots of people. To crowded. Pool was good. You can tell they have done improvements. Very clean and just the right size space for a couple.

This is an ok place of you want rock bottom price and don't mind being treated like an untrustworthy and unwelcome visitor. You will be forced to put a deposit on your card with very loose terms on what may constitute its non return. You will also be forced to put your card on a physical piece of paper so they can charge you at thier discretion and without contacting you if they decide later you did something. Room also had a huge booger on the ceiling above the bed. Breakfast was good though.

Someone did not pay attention to the reservations. Two adult couples by themselves next to a room with a family of four, possibly five, with crying babies all night and up early in the morning
