The elevators had a horrible smell. Our room also had a horrible smell. It was fairly clean but the small was so bad. The person at the front desk was more worried about playing her phone than helping me get checked in.

The woman that checked us in was really nice and quick. The issues we had were the noise of the fan in the room was pretty distracting. Also, we were placed in a room right behind the elevators so we could just hear every time they moved which made it impossible to sleep or enjoy the room at all. Last comment would be that we were only given two full size towels. I know we could have asked for more but I just feel like more should be given up front.

Bar and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating. Pleasant hotel and located close to shopping areas.

Everything was solid. Staff was nice and rooms were good. Minor things for many but the channel selection was definitely not as good as many hotels and the guide didn't wirk.
