Overall pleasant experience.

Iron was broken so staff quickly brought another. Bed was comfortable, but room was next to elevator and we could hear it alllllll night. Didn’t sleep much.

We have traveled to Salt Lake City 3 straight summers and stayed in this hotel each time. I have lots of Marriott points but we choose this Holiday Inn instead. Why, because it is within 100 yards walking distance of the South Jordan Frontrunner train station which is very important to my son who wants to be able to walk there and hop on when he wants. Yes, you can hear it from your room, but its not bad at all and it only runs so late anyway. The hotel is clean, still like new and the breakfast buffet is very good. South Jordan is a really nice suburb with loads of restaurants and shops in very close proximity to the hotel.

The beds and pillows were so amazing to sleep on. We loved that the breakfast buffet had great choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved staying here.

Boogers smeared all over the curtains. Absolute filth of room overall. Air conditioner was obnoxiously loud. Fire alarm went off 2 mornings in a row at 6:15am due to burnt bacon in the kitchen.

There are no marketplace nearby. Financial management for refunds is horrible. Five to ten days to refund the deposit. The variety of the breakfast was limited. Almost nothing hot for vegetarians/Vegans but for potatoes
