We arrived to a stuffy 80 degree room. The room was okay. The lighting is bright white so keeping one on at night is not doable. Both beds were old and one had an indentation. The walls are thin so you can hear tv. and music playing from other rooms. Lastly the towels were old. Like ripping apart old. I had to wait 2 hours for towels after showing them the ripped towels. All I wanted to do was shower and leave. The pictures for the breakfast are deceiving. Everything was a mess and they couldn’t keep up with the amount people were eating. So all the food sections were empty. No bread, no eggs, no sausages, and the machine for the juices was broken. Upgrade to a better hotel for $20 bucks more. I learned my lesson.

The outside of the hotel is clean as well as the lobby. Hotel is in a good area, safe. Restaurants nearby but you have to drive to them not close enough to walk. Breakfast was good usual hotel foods. A couple cold cereal selections. Toast, bagels and muffins variety. Waffles with maker and maple syrup. Yogurts, coffee machine with multiple choices. Drink machine for juices. Hot choice of eggs, bacon and potatoes. The hot tub was nice the pool was a little cool for an indoor pool but it was very cloudy needed to be cleaned. Clean towels and plenty of them. The room also had plenty of clean towels. But both pool and room towels feel and smell they are aged and need replacing. Plenty of parking, and lighting. Staff was attentive and checked us in and out quickly. The Cons of the hotel - Room appeared clean but getting in the shower let me know the carpet is filthy. I had black foot prints and I had not left the room, after coming back from the pool. The bed’s mattress was warn out as are the couch cushions not comfortable while watching tv. Shower is glass enclosed the rollers are loud and at times we felt it eight shatter because of design. Also you have to step in the shower to turn on so your sprayed with cold water even if you can reach up and turn the shower head away from you while turning on bad layout.

The air conditioner never cooled the room down. It was hot and miserable but it was too late at night to be changing rooms.

The room was pretty good. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There were splash/drip marks running down some of the walls, that I assume were from previous guests. The beds were very comfortable. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioner worked but was VERY loud and made a roaring sound every few minutes which made sleeping difficult. We ended up turning it off and then it was hard to sleep from the heat. The pool was fun for the kids and we had it all to ourselves while we were there, which was nice. The breakfast was good and it was nice to have that option in the morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily choose to stay there again.

Clean room clean pool and hot tub clean towels and bathrooms and delicious breakfast.

The room was very nice and was clean. The toilet seemed to run a long time before tank was full. The breakfast was very good especially liked the blueberry waffles. Would stay here again.

This place looks to be a brand new place

We arrived to a room that had Urine stains and blood stains on the bedding. Called the front desk and they sent someone to change them out, so I thought! They changed only the blanket and not the sheets, one of the sheets looked like it had poop stains on it. I wanted to just leave, but my wife had just gotten out of surgery and needed to lay down right away. Used our own pillows and bedding. Spa was down, internet kept going out, fridge didn’t get cold, bathroom fan didn’t work, T.V remotes didn’t work, honestly would have stayed at a motel 6 over this place. This was the worst experience I have ever personal experience with a hotel. I will never again in my life stay at a La Quinta!
