Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City

The staff is professional and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the facilities are modern, clean and well kept. *The beds however, were very uncomfortable* this would be 5 stars if the beds weren't so bad. Awesome lounge area and outdoor firepit to relax! But the beds.... Please address this.

Our suite was comfortable for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The breakfast is so great and opens nice and early which we appreciate. Very pet friendly with an outdoor area for the dogs to go to the bathroom and nice sidewalks for walking. Our TV remote didn't work and they didn't send someone up to replace it for over 2 hours. We also had someone bring extra coffee to our room by mistake. Both visits were after 8pm and woke up our very young children which we did NOT appreciate.

Was over charged for my room was supposed to cost $355 was reserved through Expedia and after everything was said and done I ended paying 455 for my damn room I will never stay with this hotel again

Only down fall was the swimming pool, needs a deep cleaning. You can see the build up around the walls of the pool. Only in the pool for 10 minutes when I noticed the uncleanleyness.

This is a great place to stay. Clean and very comfortable.

I’ve stayed here a cpl times, and I love how clean and conviennent this hotel is. Their includes breakfast is AMAZING and makes it easily worth the stay! Staff is always kind and friendly.

NBC suites is always a nice place to stay as they have a good breakfast selection and their evening. Happy hour is nice to have a cocktail and a little snack.

When I was checking in, found out that the room I had reserved was no available and was forced to have a lesser quality room with a very snide comment about booking direct if I wanted my reservation honored. Now how this couldn't have been communicated prior so I could have made other arrangements I don't know. Got the same kind of response when I sent a note when asked about how check in went. Maybe don't put your rooms on third party vendors if you aren't going to honor reservations? Otherwise the place is an average hotel at best, if it doesn't have the size of the rooms going for it, probably no reason to give them your business. Certainly not going to get any kind of customer service.

I wood stay there again

It was warmer outside then in our room & we went to go warm up outside So me and my son didn’t sleep very well.

Hot water did not work. The climate control wouldn’t let the heat work they told me they fixed it front desk froze all night then tried to check out the next day said there was no manager and wouldn’t let me check out

I mean, what?? How was that good customer service. The only reason I’m giving a three star review is because the breakfast service and employees were amazing! However, front of the house staff, Francisco, could use some improvement in helping customers feel welcome.
