I mean, what?? How was that good customer service. The only reason I’m giving a three star review is because the breakfast service and employees were amazing! However, front of the house staff, Francisco, could use some improvement in helping customers feel welcome.

The carpets in the hall were extremely dirty and they decided to clean them during the evening hours and leave the fans running the entire night. The staff were friendly, however the quality of the hotel this time didn't equate to the price.

I had a reservation and when I arrived the hotel manager had canceled my reservation. I was told that I had been relocated, which I wasn’t. Mario at the front desk wasn’t any help. I chose this hotel because me and my sister were traveling alone and I wanted a nice place, in a good location.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great!

The red wine at this same area was awful. The bar and the restaurant were very nice. Although the bar didn’t open until 5 pm on the weekend. We had to go somewhere else. The Queen size sheets and mattress pad were too small for the mattress. They ended up flipping up all night. See pictures.

When we went to check in at 9:00 pm they told us that Expedia has canceled our reservation and that they were booked and couldn’t help us and to contact Expedia.

We really needed 2 queen beds this night and that accommodation was not granted. Won’t be staying here anymore.

It has very nice rooms and a clean space with good energy. Could be more around there to do. It’s a car kind of hotel. Which is not uncommon for the area.

The room was super clean and with great variety of breakfast. Also the front staff ( Raina) was kind of enough to honor our early check-in request and helping us few more request. All staffs are very friendly.

We requested extra sheets for the pull-out bed, and the staff acknowledged our request. After waiting an hour with no delivery, we called the front desk again and were told the sheets were still drying. Another 45 minutes passed, and my kids had already fallen asleep without sheets. The next morning, we discovered the sheets had been left outside our door overnight. Not only did no one notify us that they had been delivered, but leaving bedding on the floor outside the room also raised concerns about cleanliness. We waited more than two hours, and better communication would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse at checkout. My husband took the time to provide feedback to the front desk, but the staff seemed completely uninterested. They didn't ask for our room number, apologize, or make any effort to understand what had happened. Their response was simply, "Okay," which made it feel like our concerns didn't matter at all. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Instead, we experienced poor communication, lack of follow-through, and indifference when we raised legitimate concerns. If this is how Hilton Honors members are treated, I can only wonder how other guests are treated. Based on this experience, we will not be staying here again.

Bathtub was damaged and there was a long hair on the side of the bathtub. Exercise facility was excellent and breakfast was very good.
