Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Sandy

The staff was friendly and welcoming upon checking in and checking out. The complimentary coffee/ water and parking was a plus! The ice offered was also a nice amenity. The rooms were clean and didn't smell like mold. I'd stay here again!

Just gave us the key and said the elevator is over there. I don’t want to get antagonistic about it but I asked if there was breakfast. He said yes and pointed to the restaurant. The next morning we find out there is no included breakfast. It’s a separate restaurant. He didn’t even tell me if coffee is available. I thought it was lousy that a $300.00 room didn’t include any snacks or food. I am a Hilton honors member and have at least received free water bottle. These waters in the room were $3.50. It’s a nice property with a nice spacious lobby and an indoor pool. The desk service and lack of included food of any kind makes the Garden Inn product a very poor value for the room rates.

Great location and amazing staff

All was great with the glaring exception of the WiFi access. After engaging a few small devices the day of check in, the network had dropped and was not available on any devices early the next morning.

Breakfast was good. The desk guy was not very informative, no smile, no welcome, no instruction on anything at all. No communication. He just give the keys to us and that’s it.
