Room floor is not clean, staff don’t know how to using POST to accept money, have to use $100 cash for the deposit.
-
Everything functional in room Many children running in hall all night, also destroyed the breakfast
-
My last review said $100 dollar rooms can go both ways. Some people would be fine. Bed was fine room was fine. Got woke up at midnight with about 10 people checking in. Tell them to be quiet. Up till one with them banging around.

Nice area. Clean room. Toilet not secure, curtains broken wouldn't stay closed-nothing behind them for privacy, no iron, bathroom door stuck open.
-
Also, there were a bunch of drunk guys hanging out being loud outside. Idk how normal that is, but it was a bit obnoxious.
-
Im glad I chose where I stayed. It was nice and comfortable the staff was friendly.

Lights flickering in lobby, broken ac cover and missing knobs. First room had nonfunctional remote missing back cover and TV didn’t work. Second room had same missing cover but Tv turned on. Front desk staff was almost rude like we were putting her out being there. She treated other guests even worse. Hot tub was broken. Missing light fixtures by elevator with exposed wiring. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bread and yogurt. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed at ever.

The hotel is badly in need of renovation, starting with the disgusting 30 year old carpets throughout. Guess they don't think it is worth the investment for a bad location close to the loud freeway. Although that wasn't too noticeable in our room that was further from it. The building was hot, especially floor 3, guess they were not using AC, but the one in the room worked at least. Be careful not to let anything roll under the bed, they don't clean under them and there was months of garbage, but luckily no used condoms near where I looked. We checked closely and there were no bedbugs in our room thankfully. The room was not cleaned or made up while we were there. Toilet ran when other rooms used theirs, woke me a few times. Wish I'd stayed at a Motel 6, at least I'd know the level of bad I was in for. This is just a surbubian area, not a seedy part of some downtown, but requiring a key card to get in the front door at times should have tipped me off to what I was in for. There are some nice hotels on the other side of the freeway and a couple blocks from it that are not much more money. Go there instead.

Front desk people listen to you actually have conversations and are nice. Quiet place with plenty of parking extended my stay for 5 extra nights.

Hot tub wasn't hot nor was the water in the room. A/C made noises all night

There's no hot breakfast. Only cereal, toasted bread and waffles. The room smells bad. Worst was the Refigerator is not working. And we have a baby. We need to store the milk. They did not do anything to fix it. They just let us store the milk in their service Fridge. What a hassle as we still need to walk all the way to check-in area to get the milk. Also, our baby vomited in the beddings and requested to change the linens. We went home to a very tiring day and the room was completely not touched. It was never cleaned at all. Not even provided us with fresh linens. I still need to ask. So nobody even take a peak in our room. Also the night staff were both horible during our stay. No smiles. No good customer service. They are very understaffed which explains why they are very irritated to deal with guests. I believe only 1 satff is assigned throughout the night up until 9am when we checked out. The curtain is not closing well. So we need to put something to hold the curtain still. I would never recommend this place at all.

We have loved the convenience and homey feel of this hotel. MOST of the staff is so great and helpful. Rooms r a good size and beds are always comfortable There is 1 owner and 1 staff member that is absolutely horrendous to deal with. One at the front desk is mouthy and beyond rude. Once she doesn't like u all hell breaks loose and she is constantly on ur tail about absolutely everything. There was a mess up with cost between 2 employees and I am the one that was yelled at and made to pay more than I did initially cuz of someone else's mistake. She tried to kick me and my 5 yr old out of our room at 1030 at night. Im absolutely infuriated with her disrespect and BS. I also went to ask for 2 new lightbulbs cuz they were burnt out and she threw them as hard as she could into the trash and refused to give new ones. I'd be appalled if I had an employee talk to any guest like that. No matter the situation. Won't be returning.

I've written my review already, but will say it again, this place needs to be condemned.
