👎 definitely not going back, nothing good to say about it!

Room was not my satisfaction…

Overall, the property was nice. The pool was good, but the hot tub was too cold. The room had an absolutely terrible smell in it that really wouldn’t go away even after multiple applications of air freshener the bed closest to the bathroom was absolutely destroyed. There was no Support. It looked like a sumo wrestler went skydiving and landed on it because there was a huge shag to the bed and it looked like the boxspring underneath was totally collapsed. The shower gel and shampoo are completely empty when we got into the bathroom and we had issues with TV reception.

Natasha was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. She is a very great employee!

The door latch was broken as was the dead bolt and I wasn’t given the option for a new room. People were tailgating and obviously dealing drugs outside. And when trying to get a new room the clerk was talking to authorities about a person involved in recent shootings being checked in there. Safety was not a priority.

The amount of chlorine in the pool is probably illegal. It was so bad it made me sick and I had to get out of the pool. The whole hotel is like this, they're using cleaning products to just try to mask how filthy and disgusting the places.

The room smelled bad, the pool was dirty. I booked a non-smoking room and a king bed, and they gave me two beds in a smoking area. The woman at the reception was very unkind. I would never go back to this place.

Great help up front. However, i Found dildos under my bed.

Clean room, breakfast, free wifi

The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair in it. I was disappointed overall.

We got there and there were rat traps all over the hotel. The sheets were stained. And there were some sketchy things going on in the parking lot. We ended up checking out same day and going somewhere else. The staff was incredibly rude and they’re not wanting to give us a full refund, even though we did not stay only because of how disgusting the place was.

The property is older but everything was clean, functional and easy to access. The laundry was great! The pool and hot tub were clean and working properly. Definitely get more than we paid for and if we come back to SLC, we will only stay there. Thank you Super8!

The staff was amazing and super helpful.I actually left one of my bags in the room, after checkout? and the gentleman who was there was so kind.He went back and got my bag.It was amazing stay my husband and I travel to utah.Quite a bit, we will definitely stay at this one again.

Cleanliness of room was sub par

It was okay. We just needed a place to sleep. Got in at 10 pm and left at 7 am.

I actually used the property twice in the same trip. That’s how much I liked it. Nice breakfast buffet. Impressive shopping and movie opportunities in nearby Sandy. Close enough to the airport. Good jump of site for visiting National Parks.

The location was excellent for my trip plans. Staff was particularly helpful. I did find the laundry a bit curious, as I had never used a QR code to operate a washer and dryer.
