Would not stay here ever! First room I was in looked like someone slept in one bed already. Second room toilet did not flush and they wanting me to plunge the toilet. They didn’t want to get me another room or fix it. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. don’t stay here

I checked into the hotel with my mother for a scheduled one-night stay . My mother requires vital medical equipment, and upon arrival, we discovered the in-room refrigerator was completely broken. To accommodate her medical needs, we asked staff to swap the refrigerator, which they did. Based on this resolution, we requested to extend our stay for an additional two nights. The following morning, the situation escalated into an unacceptable and abusive environment:The continental breakfast served cold coffee, and our in-room coffee pot was missing essential parts. When I brought this to the attention of the on-duty manager, she was incredibly hostile. To "prove" the coffee was warm, the manager physically stuck her bare hand directly into my coffee cup. Following this unhygienic act, the manager became verbally abusive, called me "dramatic," and explicitly told me that she would not extend our stay and that we needed to leave.Billing Fraud (Services Not Rendered): We complied with her order and vacated the property. However, upon checking my financial statements, I discovered the hotel charged my credit card for the full three nights. The manager explicitly denied our extension and forced us to leave after our first night, yet billed us for two additional nights of accommodation that we were barred from using. This is a clear case of unauthorized charging for services not rendered.

My last review said $100 dollar rooms can go both ways. Some people would be fine. Bed was fine room was fine. Got woke up at midnight with about 10 people checking in. Tell them to be quiet. Up till one with them banging around.

Toilet not secure, curtains broken wouldn't stay closed-nothing behind them for privacy, no iron, bathroom door stuck open.

Lights flickering in lobby, broken ac cover and missing knobs. First room had nonfunctional remote missing back cover and TV didn’t work. Second room had same missing cover but Tv turned on. Front desk staff was almost rude like we were putting her out being there. She treated other guests even worse. Hot tub was broken. Missing light fixtures by elevator with exposed wiring. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bread and yogurt. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed at ever.
