Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sandy - South Salt Lake City by IHG

👍

Loved out stay everyone was so nice and helpful the breakfast was amazing overall amazing staff and hotel

Convenient to where we needed to be We couldn’t get the cast feature on the tv to work for our kids to watch a movie

Mold in bathroom everywhere we couldn’t even use it. iron didn’t work. drain from sink smelled horrible. Staff was so hard to understand. Payment was more then suppose to be.

The hot tub was barely warm, not relaxing at all and the jets didn’t work. We booked specifically this hotel because of the hot tub, so we were extremely disappointed.

Very good

Very good

Nice hotel, hot tub was not working. Clean rooms in a convenient area for meals and shopping

Online.

The room was clean, but the hot tub was broken and so was the tub. We had to use a wash rag to keep water in the tub.

Exceptional

Quiet area.

It is exactly what you expect from holiday inn. Very clean, friendly staff, room amenities, and comfortable beds and pillows.

It’s convenient to have breakfast included in the pricing. The staff at the front desk were great and friendly. Plenty of parking too and really close to the convention center as well as other shopping and restaurants.

The staff was very nice, and the room was perfect for us. Great location with lots to do around the property.

Good hotel, clean room comfortable bed and pillows, nice breakfast. Well located close to I15 highway.

Location easy to get to and close to events I was attending. Breakfast okay with being really good some days and not so good on others! Coffee was terrible even with 'fancy' machine in the breakfast area. Pool was awful appearing and never saw anyone in it! Some of the hotels around this one looked a lot cleaner. Cleanliness. Had to ask for room to be serviced. Breakfast not so good on some days. Coffee was terrible. Pool looked old and unclean, not appealing at all.

I really liked the location The girl that checked us in was really rude about the kind of card i was using i was told if i used a credit card they didnt say what kind of cresit card that was fine she then proceeded they didnt take chime cards knowwherw on booking did it say anything about chime cards but the big boss accepted my card so we was able to stay
