I had to move from my first room because the TV would not work (Staff could not fix it), and the 2nd room had a similar problem. The staff was helpful, and they got the 2nd TV to work after discovering the problem. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The TV (old Philips PRO models) interface is not intuitive, and it seemed like the remotes I received were for an entirely different system. Not nearly as nice as newer IHG hotels I have stayed at. I would give it a C grade, and the Staff a B+.

Rooms nice beds pretty comfortable walls paper thin though I could hear people coming up and down hallway at all hours bit of a gap in room door to hallway

The customer service was awesome! The rooms were clean and cozy! So grateful for the ability to have 5 of us in one room with a pull out couch as so many affordable hotels seemed to not have that. The pool was cool but not cold which was so nice! And the hot tub was nice and hot! Breakfast had a great variety of yummy options. Would 100% stay again!

Breakfast was supposed to be served by 6am According to the clerk at check in but was not ready until beyond 6:30am And the topper they put a hold on my card and the hold is still on it 4-5 days later on a one night stay!
