Good breakfast clean room

All staff members we dealt with were very helpful.

The room was clean, but the sheets were not and had holes on the side. The staff was not very helpful, and seemed not know how to work their own system, so checking in was difficult and the manager was outside on the entry chair by the door on his phone so their was one who could help. The staff was not helpful at all. The water machine was dead and when I requested for bottle of water, as I waited they asked me to pay $5 for it. The Wi-Fi never worked even though it connected. Breakfast had no actual taste even though they had options, they were tasteless.

Beds were comfy and the room was spacious for the family. Could’ve been a bit cleaner, mostly the floors. Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Good value for the price. Easy location!

Management was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. I’m not a fan of microfiber sheets, or whatever they were. Too clingy. A plus: The window AC unit worked well and was not too noisy. Also good: the shades did a good job of keeping out light.

Great stay. Staff very friendly and helpful

For the most part our stay was fine, but there were no pool towels and when we asked for some, it took almost 30 minutes to get any. The pool area was not as clean as we are used to. The pool floor was dirty and used towels were all over, but nothing bad enough for us to not use the hot tub. Other than that, we have no complaints, the location was conveniently located near the mall and placed to eat.

Inside the room itself was clean but the plumbing was all leaky and the dining area was run down with table legs falling off and hallways grimy.

The facilities was dirty and not clean. Holiday Inn needs to check this franchise, not up to corporate standards. There is a reason it’s a little cheaper than other properties. Carpets were dirty in halls and room. The quality of upkeep and maintain was poor. On a good not the breakfast was fine. This site was not worth saving 10-15 dollars.

Wonderful Stay, plenty of space in hotel room, quality dove product in the bathrooms, beds very comfortable, Staff extremely helpful. Breakfest options were very good. we will stay again

There was an eyelash cluster left on our bed when we first walked in. The next morning housekeeping was aggressively slamming doors multiple times around 7 am waking people up.

convenient pool not working

Check in at 2am was a breeze, place was very clean rooms spacious and beds comfortable. My only complaint was that there were no pillows or blankets for the fold out sofa in the room and we were too tired to call down as we only had time to sleep for 4 hours and dealt with it. Breakfast was full and clean. Great place for a quick stop or longer!

The breakfast was fine. It was in a good location. The price was pretty fair. The manager went the the restroom and left without washing his hands. The rooms are NOT sound proof at all. The overall cleanliness/upkeep of the place was okay but needs improvement. The room itself was clean but I am a plumber and had to fix the p-trap under the bathroom sink because it came apart and water got everywhere. It was not installed properly to begin with. The beds were not comfortable at all. We had to ask a few times for more bath towels and each time had to just go back to the front desk to get them ourselves. When I checked into the hotel, the front dest receptionist told me it was a $20 (TWENTY DOLLAR!) deposit on my card. I was frustrated with that to begin with and then I checked my bank account and she had charged me $100 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!) That is 5X (FIVE TIMES!) the amount she told me she was going to charge me for a security deposit! I told her and she just said that "its okay because it will automatically get refunded onto your card" It is NOT OKAY for you to charge me 5X the amount you tell you are going to and then tell me that its okay. NO, NOT OKAY!

Nice motor motel. Have stayed in it while traveling 5 times over the past few years. Good location right off the 15 in Sandy.

The hotel was having its parking lot resurfaced and repainted, so parking was limited but should be wonderful in future. We had a problem with our window shades, so the helpful staff moved us into a suite. The rooms are very nice, with useful and attractive cabinetry. We highly recommend the suite, with its extra space, second TV, couch and coffee table. Room and suite equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker! Breakfast was good, though a buffet, included scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits, and pork sausage links. More than usually offered.
