Poor but cheap

The bad refrigerators. The first room fridge was bad, and the door opened the wrong way. So, someone put it in broken. And the room stunk from the fridge. In the second room, the fridge ran all night long and never stopped. Just buy some refrigerators and save on the electric bill.

They kicked us out and kept our money because my sons girlfriend didn't have I'd. They said everyone staying there had to have I'd. This should have been stated before hand. I will NEVER get a room at this place or any place affiliated. It's disgusting and the person that we tried to check-in with is absolutely horrible.

Shabby, no one at front desk for check in, no hand towels, no tissue boxes, bath sink had no stopper, bed lamp didn’t work, a single bar of soap for bath sink and shower. Shower curtain was 8 inches too long; almost tripped on it. Hasn’t been updated for at least 10 years.

Like the adage goes, you get what you pay for. I picked this place because I needed a few days to stay for my husband to go to some doctor appointments. It was fairly cheap, you don't really want to spend hundreds of dollars just for a place to stay because your spending a fortune for medical. The room was seemingly clean, but I had to pull out an end table to plug something in and it looked like they had never cleaned behind it, pretty bad. The kitchen, as little as I used it was functional. They don't stock the kitchen with utensils and cooking pans anymore, you have to pay extra for them. The front desk is only open during certain hours. They allow pets which usually isn't a problem for me, but one night there was a dog fight in the hallway. They don't clean the property very well, there is garbage and cigarette butts all over. There are butt buckets supplied, but people don't care. The few staff members I talked to were very pleasant, and the bed was comfortable, thats about all I can say positive about it.

Everything missing, no toilet paper, shampoo

Todo bien, excepto el ruido de los de a lado

It didn't feel clean, safe, well maintained. I didn't know if I could trust the cleanliness of my room based on the cleanliness of the lobby. The marketing in the hotel didn't match the actual experience at all.

There was animal hair on the bed and some left in the bathroom. TV remote was about to die.

The room was ok. Nothing special. However there were sizable staines all over the carpet. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't working correctly, so when you turned it on, water was spraying everywhere. The beds were also a little iffy. They were advertised as Queen beds, but were definitely not. They were doubles, which made things more uncomfortable. They were also on metal frames, which became an issue because it felt like they were going to break.

Leon was nice. Literally something wrong with every room. At one point or another.
-
Poorly maintain. Only one bottle of soap provided. Light from the adjacent car dealership parking lot all night. Very noisy refrigerator No ice Very poor and the most basic level of accommodation. Avoid if possible.

The hotel said we should have dining table but we don't then the dresser are all broken. There's no toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower is dirty and the water is only on cold. We told the front desk but no action.
-
The lock on my door wouldn’t lock. Tried to tell the front desk but no one was there. A big black spot on the carpet. I couldn’t tell anyone because no one at the front desk. I hate leaving bad reviews because a few years ago it wasn’t as bad. The room also smelled like burnt Ramon noodles.

They overbooked me. Never ended up staying at property. Lady was not helpful at all at front desk.
