Good staff, clean, good location

Close to freeway safe area Dirty vent in bathroom. Heavy lint build up like it hasn’t been touched in a while. Floor where fridge is supposed to be looked like water damage. One of the beds had CLUMPS of black hair matted to the sheets.

I didn’t like anything because I wasn’t given a room even though I had a confirmation number. I drove all the way from the Reno area and had to find a different place to stay once I got there. They could have given me the room I had already paid for instead of sending me away.

The front desk people were amazing and nice As I walked into our room, the bed wasn't even made, and there was use washcloth by the sink and it just looked like it wasn't cleaned

The staff was nice but a little slow to help. The room was supposed to be just cleaned but the room was horrible. The room stunk as well as the whole hotel. The floors where sticky and the carpet was really dirty and had a lot of nasty looking stains on it. The chairs had nasty stains on them. Who knows what the stains are from. The sink didn’t want to drain and had barely any hot water. And they didn’t supply any soap or shampoo. Overall was a bad experience. My wife and I will definitely never come back to this hotel.

Location Carpets stained. Furniture had burn stains. People in and out. Rooms are old and small bathroom. One lobby entrance small.

Clean rooms, everything works, feel comfortable and safe

It is not a clean family friendly hotel. I had to walk through people smoking outside just to get in. The room was not what the online pictures show. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get a room key.

They not process your deposit right away after your check out , it takes 2weeks until they will send you back. deposit for 1 night stay is $300. Terrible

Exceptional

Mold in shower. Tables legs were about to fall off. Fridge was broken and smelt terrible. Counter was peeling. Rolling chair was holding on by one bolt. Room temp was set to 60. No even worth 78 bucks

The front desk check was pleasant and efficient with my check in. The carpets were stained and filthy, would not take my shoes off cuz I don't know what was on them, only one pillow on the entire bed, no remote for the TV could be found, the refrigerator all night kept making noises non-stop that were loud, the bathtub floor felt squishy like it was going to break through. The furniture sadly I could find better quality at a second hand store. The bedding on the sheet were paper thin and raggedy. Sketchy people hanging outside. Cannot talk to front desk until 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday so had to deal with them alright.

Location had a lot of options. I had to get a different hotel because they weren’t going to let me take my electric scooter in my room to charge, super frustrating.

Staff Kitchen without any kitchen utensils or working fridge. Most lamps in room did not work.

They kicked us out and kept our money because my sons girlfriend didn't have I'd. They said everyone staying there had to have I'd. This should have been stated before hand. I will NEVER get a room at this place or any place affiliated. It's disgusting and the person that we tried to check-in with is absolutely horrible.

Shabby, no one at front desk for check in, no hand towels, no tissue boxes, bath sink had no stopper, bed lamp didn’t work, a single bar of soap for bath sink and shower. Shower curtain was 8 inches too long; almost tripped on it. Hasn’t been updated for at least 10 years.
