The room was ok. Nothing special. However there were sizable staines all over the carpet. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't working correctly, so when you turned it on, water was spraying everywhere. The beds were also a little iffy. They were advertised as Queen beds, but were definitely not. They were doubles, which made things more uncomfortable. They were also on metal frames, which became an issue because it felt like they were going to break.

Poorly maintain. Only one bottle of soap provided. Light from the adjacent car dealership parking lot all night. Very noisy refrigerator No ice Very poor and the most basic level of accommodation. Avoid if possible.

The hotel said we should have dining table but we don't then the dresser are all broken. There's no toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower is dirty and the water is only on cold. We told the front desk but no action.
-
The lock on my door wouldn’t lock. Tried to tell the front desk but no one was there. A big black spot on the carpet. I couldn’t tell anyone because no one at the front desk. I hate leaving bad reviews because a few years ago it wasn’t as bad. The room also smelled like burnt Ramon noodles.

My first time here. I enjoyed it with my husband and my Irish setter helper. We will definitely stay again in the future -Andi

It's used as a halfway house.

Overbooked and the night staff wasn’t sufficiently competent to resolve the issue or issue a refund.

It was in a place The room was had dog hair all over the carpet and the hall way smell bad and the elevator small bad. In the morning checking out there was nobody to check out and I also got double charge for my room.
-
The hotel was old and dirty. The hallway smelled like animal urine. Room was gross, carpet stained and looked super dirty. Especially for $150 for a night. Would definitely not stay here again.
-
The young man who checked us in was incredible, but our toilet was clogged on arrival, a empty beer case in the trash, and bottles under bed. The room smelt stinky too. Very disappointing

As I walked into the building I was immediately hit up by a person standing outside for money. I declined and checked in and found the room very basic. There were no bedl linens, no pillows. I was told that they were an extra charge. While traveling in the elevator up to the third floor, I was solicited. I went downstairs and left the building and was asked for money by somebody in the lobby. When I left. I decided not to go back to the hotel and when I went to return the keys I found someone else turning their keys in and the clerk handing them immediately to a person that was just hanging around the lobby. Not sure what that was about. I get hit up again for money on the way out. Very sketchy. Not a good feeling
