My room was musty and the carpet was not clean. They allow pets but have carpet in the room? I don't think that is at all ok. There should be only hard floors. No carpet with pets. It really bothered me. My stay was adequate. Good location. Nice staff.

Kassidy at the front desk was superb! She was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. She truly made us feel taken care of and is a great asset to the hotel. The only negative experience was with one of the male front desk employees. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was not very friendly or welcoming when we interacted with him. I think he probably was a manager or assistant manager. It stood out because everyone else, especially Kassidy and the housekeeping team, was so wonderful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the excellent service we received!

I love this hotel!!! It is extremely clean and housekeeping does a fabulous job. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Beautiful grounds and well maintained. Most of all, very pet friendly. I definitely will be coming back!

Everything was great, I would suggest refreshing the upholstery in the lobby.

They gave us febreeze for the smell. Worked out. Outside was decent but landscaping could be better. Woke up to a broken tree branch on my truck.

Our vehicle got hit in their parking lot and they don’t have any cameras. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. They don’t care about you enough to invest in cameras.

Overall the hotel is excellent, but the room I had was not as clean as usual. Floor around the bathroom was sticky and and had stained on the floor,

Best night's rest I've had in a long time. I didn't want to get out of bed. If you like soft mattresses this is the place for you. If you like a more firm than I wouldn't recommend. I slept great but my friend woke up with back pains. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I can't say how the breakfast was because like I said best sleep ever. I will definitely come here again if I'm ever in south Jordon again.
