We love the place
-
Dark, older room, but it was clean.
-
The ice machine as broke. The elevator was broke. The screen in the window of our room was partially off.
-
Rooms were warm because of a statewide heatwave
-
Elevator was out of commission and they put us on 2nd flr. Chair was stained badly definitely needs some TLC

The hotel staff and the hotel itself was clean. It is dated and a little old. My main complaint is that it is so loud. The road noise from the highway unbearable and I had to wear ear plugs at night to be able to sleep.

You guys should take more pride in ur property. This is so unacceptable! It's dirty and you guys need a complete overhaul here. It's sad that your answer is just that because $80 a night is a lot for some people. At least be more respectful and responsible for your hotel so more people can enjoy it. Another woman tried to check in and she said her room wasn't even cleaned! It definitely looked more like they should charge by the hour. Don't waste your money on this place. I walked in and walked right back out.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, comfy bed and very courteous staff. And the breakfast was amazing. We'll be coming back.

The breakfast was also poor, and the pool had so much chlorine that our eyes were burning. At first glance, the hotel appears clean and comfortable, but our experience was completely different. Based on the cleanliness issues and the lack of help from staff, I would not recommend staying here at least not with your family.

I spent about 8 minutes at this place. Very shady vibe as soon as you get in the lobny. It's dark and smells stale. Got to the room to find that the bedsheets had what appeared to be dried feces on them. Sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled, and had obviously been slept on. The walls were dirty, and there was old food in the fridge. The cigarette smoke smell was strong in the hallway. I checked right back out, and management didn't seem the least bit concerned. She just made sure I knew I wasn't getting a refund. This place was disgusting.

Quick and easy stay, great staff

The AC is loud, dirty and falling apart. The floors are old and dirty. My feet turned black from walking on the carpet. The room smelled like dirt sweaty socks. The bathroom door looked like it had water damage. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so they paint over rust. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were like water. Whoever is their handyman sucks at their job. Horrible work.

Beds were hard as a rock, air conditioner very loud and made whining and groaning noises all night, very tough to get rest breakfast was decent, no pressure in the shower

Good value, clean hotel, standard breakfast.

The beds were okay, I didn’t wake up stiff, which was nice. It was close to restaurants and several department stores. The room we were in sat right next to the water park next door. Monday night they had music blaring until 10pm. The carpets in the room were “sticky” and felt wet when you walked on them barefoot. So much so that I lost my footing while walking because my foot “stuck” to the carpet. I ended up hurting my foot and popping a stitch in my wrist where I just had surgery because I threw my hand out to catch myself from landing on the corner of the dresser. My feet were black from walking on the carpets INSIDE the room. The walls next to the bed were dirty and it looked like someone threw something against the wall and only parts of it got cleaned up. The tv was really small. There was never a happy medium with the thermostat. It was left at 69° but it was either roasting or freezing in the room.

Clean room, very good breakfast. A little bit old building but everything very clean and well maintained.

No towels in the pool area. Elevator not working after 6pm. Again 90+ degrees outside room ac completely shut off, took over an hour to cool room down. Refrigerator turned off, took 3 hours to get it to safe storage temp. Only had 2 towels in a room for 4 people. Hotel is clearly trying to save money on electricity, and room amenities. Breakfast in the morning was good Recommendations. Don't scrimp on the ac when it is going to be 90+ degrees in either the public areas, or the guest rooms. Temps drop to the low 80's for highs then shut off ac. Leave fridges powered on nothing like knowing you have a fridge and then you cant use it for hours, especially if you have temperature sensitive items like insulin. Elevator not working is unacceptable, think about ADA compliance, not to mention the people that have issues with lower extremities Lastly is it really that hard to stock enough towels and toiletries for the amount of people that could be in the room. Your running a hotel for people that are traveling and generally on vacation and don't want to stay in hot humid rooms, having to use stairs that leave them out of breathe, with no place to store food, drinks or medicine, and drip drying in the pool area because there are no towels and no way to call for help. You are supposed to be providing a carefree environment for people to relax in while away from home.

Fantastic customer service! The gentleman at the front desk for a lot of our stay was so incredibly kind. I wish I knew his name to mention him personally. I was a little disappointed the breakfast the second day as it was only an hour into breakfast and there was really nothing left. But that did not impact my rating really. Fantastic stay and close to all of our activities. Breakfast wasn’t fully stocked so there wasn’t much to eat.

the TV didn't work but we got in late and had our phones, didn't want to deal with that, at that time of night.
