front desk was efficient and friendly.
-
Other than a free but extremely basic breakfast, and free parking, there were no other amenities that we were aware of.

Location
-
Ya. Didn't ask. I would like to live there.
-
Ok for what I needed a bed for the night, a little noisy due to I15 location

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The photos online showed a clean, well maintained room. The rooms are actually old and poorly kept. Very disappointing as the photos were so misleading.

The entire property was extremely dirty. The room was filthy, the bed sheets were unwashed, and the floor was disgusting. To make matters worse, the bathroom towels had a terrible smell. I definitely do not recommend this plac

I showed up for my booking which I made 3days in advance traveled 10hrs and when I got to my room with my family the the bathroom toilet had feces in it with a ring around the toilet like it was there awhile the microwave was dirty I asked to change rooms then was given another dirty room even worse staines on top of the bed that was enough for me!!!! And making sure they didnt charge me for this room was a real hassle dont stay at this place it is not a good place

Old, run down and dirty.
-
Well air conditioned Room was not clean. There were dirty sheets on one of the beds, a spit about the size of a hand of mystery liquid and random hairs in it. There was pink residue, maybe makeup, on the faucet and light switch. When we brought it to the attendants attention, they offered to change the sheets, but wouldnt offer us another room or a refund or anything due to booking through a 3rd party.

TV didn't work

floors, furniture and bedding had stains. lack of towels. floor had not been vacuumed very well, no do not disturb sign, no maid service, had to exchange dirty towels and empty my own garbage, lots of do not rules, very little service, breakfast was okay but ran out of items quickly. Wasn't given the assigned room of Kingsized bed, harrassed when asked for main floor room since no elevator and my husband cannot climb stairs. Finally gave us two queen beds which were short for my husband to sleep in. Overall not a pleasant experience. Toilet was very short and difficult for my husband to use. Definitely not ADA compliant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Dirty room. Sheets were stained, hair in the sink, fridge was not wiped out bathtub was dirty. Gross.
-
Nothing the room was dirty. There was stains on sheets and pillows and hairs on the bed and bathroom. It was dirty and had a rip pillow case and pillows were half of a regular pillow. We paid close to $100 and are club Wyndham owners. We’re very disappointed
-
Nothing really. Met my expectations.
-
Nothing special here. Get what you pay for. Basic stay basic cost.

Bed was very comfortable One hour before checkout, my wife is getting ready for the day in our room (113). Suddenly a man just enters the room with a key, NO KNOCK. She is there by herself wondering what the mans intentions were. He says with a foreign accent, "House Keeping". She still doesn't know what his intentions are especially since we are still in the room. Finally he left. Why would housekeeping enter a room an hour before checkout without a knock? Very disrepectly and unprofessional. We went to the front check in counter and no one was there. to report our displeasure. Only 3 housekeeping foreign speaking people who we don't feel understood us.
