I paid for 3 days, due to unforeseen events I arrived the day after. Hotels staff had us as no show and had given my room to someone else per check in clerk. After an hour talking to Booking.com representative and hotel staff were we able to go into a double bed room. We were exhausted from our 10hr drive to still have to wait for a room I had paid for in advance. Then to sleep in a smaller bed. Pictures make it look more modern and clean than what it actually looks like. Carpets are filthy as well as the lounge chairs. No elevator. Having the room I paid for available and ready when I arrived.

Freeway noise very irritating. Upon arrival, there were several police cars and lights flashing in the parking lot, which was alarming.

We loved the hotel. Very quiet. I come to the city often for doctor's appointments. Will definitely stay here again. They are under construction but they let you know that at check-in and they are always cleaning, so you're not even aware of that.

The whole hotel had a very musty odor

Didn't eat. Place was run down. Looked old and worn. Supply closet was open for all to see.

I am a basic guy and I found the property to be great for me It would not allow me to connect to the internet and the chairs in the room were not comfy at all but it worked

Overall, the hotel was very clean. I was surprised when I found dried blood under the toilet paper roll in my room and pink splattered hair product on the shower wall.

Great location for my needs. Probably will never stay there again due to your fee for early check in. After driving all day, I wanted to check in a few hours early but you charged from $25-$50 for early check in. Never heard of this before.

Superb

The property is close to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the rooms appeared to be recently renovated. The breakfast was marginal: Waffles, bagels, bananas, apples, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. I was unable to connect to an Internet source, even though I am a Wyndam member.
