We were frustrated by the pool and spa being closed and not being made aware of it when we booked our 1 week stay.

Staff were helpful, and answered our questions regarding the confusing parking (the neighboring business has parking spaces that are in the same area of parking). Breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety.

The elevator was stinking so badly and no one did anything inspite of all complaints except for spraying a room spray after complain. We ended up using the stair for all 5 days.

The Internet tv did not work. Had to call front desk twice and it still didn't work. We didn't want to keep calling so I just watched my tablet and she watched stuff on her phone. The breakfast could have been a little better but everything what was fine.

Bed was comfortable Hot tub/pool not in service ( sole purpose for renting hotel room on my Birthday!) elevator broken- my room on 3rd floor I’m disabled and walk with cane

Really spacious room, very clean, staff is friendly. It was great for our one night stop on the way to Yosemite. Breakfast could be a little more organic and not use so much plastic. Otherwise its plentiful.

Hotel is always nice. One negative thing is the breakfast staff was a bit rude and was not happy with how many people were getting their breakfast close to end time. She complain about a guest asking if she could get something from a tray and told her.... that's why I say 5 more minutes and later 2 more minutes, not my fault you don't come on time. Not a nice thing to say to a guest.

The staff was great, room was very clean, property was updated and breakfast was great with a lot of variety. It would be nice if they had an additional waffle maker, one was not enough for the amount of guests making waffles.
