The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day; the furniture and bed had stains you couldn’t ignore. It’s the first impression every traveler gets, and it was honestly terrible. If management can’t keep the lobby clean — the one area everyone sees — I can’t imagine what’s happening behind the scenes.

Streaming tv constantly buffered indicating a poor internet connection. Breakfast was good but the seating area was poorly or not air conditioned so it was uncomfortable to sit there. The room was clean but furniture was dated including really old TV operating systems.

The TV kept buffering. Annoying.

Room service and breakfast was excellent. When the hot tub broke the maintenance group was able to fix it within a day.

The room was very clean. The staff was very professional. I was a little letdown that they don't clean the rooms daily. I was told that it's by request. Never stayed anywhere where unless you have a "do not disturb" sign on your door, it is automatically assumed the room would have been cleaned. We had discarded all our towels and wash clothes on the floor before going out for the day so that we would have fresh ones. When we got back from a long day out, no beds or room was cleaned, all our dirty towels and wash clothes were on the floor. I had to go down to the front desk and request for clean towels and wash clothes. At that time I was informed that if you stay less than 3 days you need to request a room cleaning. We were there for two days. One day, I can understand, because you are checking out, But two days, a definite no.

Very humid inside.. Maybe AC was down. Hot tub jets didn’t come on all the time, looks like in need of an updated system. Room was clean, and front desk staff was pleasant

The clerk at the hotel registration was cheerful and helpful. The other workers I interacted with at the hotel made me feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious; it had more amenities than the standard refrigerator (microwave, disposable plates, utensils, etc.).

Breakfast was great and the facility was quiet.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Everything was well maintained, and we had a relaxing night's stay. The breakfast was an easy **11/10**! There was a great variety of options, making it one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts we've had. The location is another huge plus. It's conveniently located close to the BART station, making it incredibly easy to get into San Francisco without the hassle of driving and parking. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A big thank you to the front desk staff for making our visit such a positive one!

stay in Dublin it's safer than some of the other areas and honestly this place has free breakfast, nice staff and is decent for it's age.

The elevator broke down for a day. The front desk staff was pretty friendly and the breakfast was okay.
