Grounds are in serious need of repair. And they do not have a physical person checking people in. It is a video monitor attached to a machine with someone providing instructions over video.

Stayed at Motel 6 Pleasanton and had a great experience. Room was very clean and comfortable, bed was cozy, and AC worked perfect. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Very quiet area, easy parking, and close to everything in Pleasanton. For the price, you can't beat it. Definitely coming back!

For a couple days to stay for work the price is great but for a vacation it is not worth it, the location is good & staff was helpful but the rooms were standard.

This hotel is safe clean and well stocked. No bells n whistles but it had everything I needed. It was quiet and all the guests were nice and didn’t bother me. Best part is that I was able to bring my costar and bestie, my kitten. Thank you motel 6

There was no breakfast at this Motel. no Coffee maker in rooms. Pool was not available at time of stay.

It was a fine stay for a night , but genuinely regret ever staying here Not only does the rooms not have a microwave, there is genuinely zero help at the front desk. Every room has 2 pillows. Not per person. Just 2. If you ask for more they will only allow one additional pillow per room, again not per person, and they will not make any exceptions for absolutely no reason. The customer service at this hotel is literally none, they quite literally do not staff the front desk. I have tried to go to the front desk multiple times- and there is not one person there. You have to ask people to get another person, who will get another person, and you’ll be shuffled through and waste your time

Room had a bad smell, not clean at all, inside the office not friendly at all, the bed was very uncomfortable

It was very quiet (considering it’s less than 20 yards away from a comedy club) No sketchy people and or groups. My only dislikes were the swimming pool is closed until ??/??/????. The room had a lot of lose hair around floor,bathtub, blanket. NO BUGS AT ALL!!! So that was nice

None The vendor/Motel 6 charged my card for a stay/reservation that didn't not happen. This reservation was canceled 24 hours before the check in date. But they still charged me.
