Unfortunately, the replacement room had several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found numerous cockroaches, hair on the towels, and a strong chemical odor from the cleaning products that made the room unpleasant. We also observed a rat in the empty, dirty swimming pool. Overall, the condition of the property fell well below reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and guest comfort. Our experience was very disappointing.

The mattresses on the bed were cheap and very thin and uncomfortable. The lock on the door to prevent someone from getting in was missing. The air conditioner was filthy. The pool outside was drained and full of trash and debris. The outside appearance looked run down. The sink fixture in the bathroom was in disarray. The only positive was the bathroom was clean. Definitely not worth the amount paid for 2 nights. Would not recommend.

The staff was nice and helpful. There were hairs all over the bed, tub and towels. The pool was completely drained

only one shower towel for 2 adults property was dark outside when arrived until an hr later lights were turned on

For what I needed at the time. It was just fine. Quite an urban area. Was easy walking to eat. Pool was a disaster area. But then I already knew that. And I didn’t go expecting to swim.

The location Holes in the walls, no shampoo or conditioner, hair in the shower, I felt nervous as a woman traveling alone.

The towels and bed linens smelled and looked clean. You can feel the springs in the mattress. No extra amenities other than hand soap. No hairdryer, no coffee pot. Cups, and an ice bucket was provided, but I don’t know for what. The pool looked condemned. You get what you pay for and it was affordable!

The was bugs walking around on the floor coming from under the bed there was and on top of the beds and the towels were dirty it was just nasty place
