My biggest issues were the third floor ac was not working properly so it was hot in the halls . The phone in our room didn’t work at all and the exhaust fan was horribly loud .

Absolute Nightmare. Do not book this location. You will no doubt be disappointed in your experience and their lack of service or care.

We booked our room 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived to check-in after driving 5 hours with 3 small children were told that a "funny" thing happened. The woman working the front desk said that someone with my same name checked in and they cancelled our room because they didn't realize there were two separate reservations then laughed like it was a hilarious mistake. They could not accommodate us or honor our confirmation as they were fully booked. They were not apologetic, did not offer to help us find a room nearby and we had to drive 5 hours through the night. Absolute Nightmare. Do not book this location. You will no doubt be disappointed in your experience and their lack of service or care.

The breakfast menu & coffee were excellent! My husband loved the biscuits & gravy! Coffee was fresh brewed & delicious. The breakfast staff was very friendly & helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

We walked in our room and it was already cool, the AC worked wonderful. The room looked real good and very clean. The staff were all real nice and very helpful. We had a great nights sleep because the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of every food you could think of from yogurt to pancakes. We were very pleased with the hotel and we will stay again.

One minor issue was the floor lamp would not turn on. A medium issue was the bathroom lavatory water pressure was Very low.

So very clean and updated. Room looked newly renovated, love the shower.

The room was super clean, the AC was COLLLLLDDD which was so good because it was HOT outside. It was a nice, quiet stay.
