It's a strange thing to say but the bath towels were so soft! I would come back again.

This is an older facility. Facilities looked a little "tired." Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Parking lot was cramped. Ok for a one night stay.

Outside dirty. Dropped tv remote at head of bed. Move bed over, floor was filthy.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, this site needs some repairs. There was a large crack running from the ceiling to the door. I had an issue with my deadbolt lock, the one with the "U" shaped lock with the ball. I left the room to have dinner, and somehow the "U" piece slipped closed enough that I could not get back into my room. The front receptionist tried to help with a special tool, but that did not work. We eventually realized the window was not locked, and she was able to slip into my room. The fact that the window wasn't locked was concerning because it is something I don't usually check. Also, the showerhead needs work, as it pretty much sprays everywhere.

We did stay only one night but we noticed that the room, specifically the floor carpet was not clean at all and was covered with lots of stain, not enough shampoo and NO conditioner at all was provided in the room. The restroom door handle was loose and refrigerator was noisy. The TV and microwave was plugger off and I had to turn it on myself. Terrible experience.

My sister and I were locked out of our room for almost two hours due to a defective door latch. After breakfast, and despite the good efforts of the on-site staff, we could not get in and leave when we needed. Thankfully, one of your onsite employees, after being unable to get some help on site, was able to remove the latch entirely using a screwdriver. I believe the problem was occurring before we used the room and was never followed up on. There must be a systemic problem starting at the top to allow this kind of thing to happen at your inns.

Our room was infested with flies. Black crickets in bathroom at night. Facility was in need of updating an repair. Not much breakfast. Never again !!’b

The refrigerator did not work at all my food went bad there. The house keeping can do a better job cleaning the toilet was not working right. Not satisfied so I left soon then expected

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They placed us in 112. The shower had leaked a lot from the ceiling we had to put towels down and you can even see some mold on the ceiling. We asked for a refund or change. They said they only had one room left. It happened to be room next to ours 111 and it had water damage as well so we were forced to stay in the room since they would not refund our money and we drove long hours. Do not stay here. We are a military family already dealing with a move across country and the last thing we needed was for this hotel to rob us of our money and not want to help us at all. They need to be black listed with the military and I will be making a complaint so they can keep other military families from this facility.

Check in was great; the staff member on duty was super. But the facility as a whole needs some help: razor blade found outside our room on sidewalk, walked past stairwells that needed cleaning, trash in bushes around facility, our bed was not comfortable, bathroom needs over hauled, windows dirty. Breakfast is standard hotel, go thru McDonalds and get something fresh. While our room was clean it could use a could deep cleaning, especially the carpet. Positive - bed pillows and air conditioning. Not sure when the facilities photo was taken (on website) but it is not a true representation. Best to bypass this facility.
