Hard for seniors to take luggage up stairs.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They placed us in 112. The shower had leaked a lot from the ceiling we had to put towels down and you can even see some mold on the ceiling. We asked for a refund or change. They said they only had one room left. It happened to be room next to ours 111 and it had water damage as well so we were forced to stay in the room since they would not refund our money and we drove long hours. Do not stay here. We are a military family already dealing with a move across country and the last thing we needed was for this hotel to rob us of our money and not want to help us at all. They need to be black listed with the military and I will be making a complaint so they can keep other military families from this facility.

Positive - bed pillows and air conditioning. Not sure when the facilities photo was taken (on website) but it is not a true representation. Best to bypass this facility.

It was a great quick night stay. Staff were friendly. Only problem was our shower head was leaking water down the wall kind of made a mess after everyone showered but over all great.

We had a good stay. The pool was clean as a pool pro I appreciate the quality of cleanliness of the pool. Not enough towels in the room. Facility was clean inside and out. Breakfast was hot and plenty of drink choices.

Clean - room near back was quiet as hotel on main drag.

It was ok. Hot tub wasn't what I expect in a hot tub. I always look for a place with hot tub but this place wasn't the greatest for that. Like I said, it was an ok stay for the 2 nights.
