SO SO CLEAN and COZY!!! My husband and I have a Hotshot driving business and we are through Dumas and the area often. We DEFINITELY want to stay there again. So well maintained and comfortable with everything that’s necessary!!! Thank you!!!

It's an older property but it is clean and well kept. The staff is always very welcoming.

We would stay here again verses Dalhart as much nicer, less expensive & more good options.

Lovely property especially after traveling many hours to pull into a clean welcoming hotel was really wonderful. Top-notch everything loved at the breakfast was ready at 5:30 so we could get an early start. Highly recommend this property and will come again.

I booked a king bed and paid for it, in the early hours, and when I showed up they told me I couldn't have the king bed that I would be down graded to a double bed. I asked why and she said they double booked. I then asked if the rooms had been filled yet, or if the other guest have shown up, she said no. That if I had an issue I would have to wait till the Mgr returns from vacation.

Parking lt was completely full and big work trucks everywhere. Pool and hot tub were excellent. I thought there needed to be more than one person at the front for night hours. Booked a room with two queen beds and it was given to someone else by mistake. Given the keys to the room anyway and didn’t open the door. In the end we took the room they were supposed to have gotten with a king size bed and a hideaway. It all worked out and staff was very nice and apologetic.
