Super 8 by Wyndham Dumas TX

Door locks were coming apart. No coffee pots in the room. No water pressure to speak of. We ran a little behind at check out time and they was gracious enough to allow some leeway at check out.

Quiet Clean Helpful staff Efficient and professional

The bathtub has a large crack. Dead roaches in the floor. This was in room 107.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Clean room. Staff is helpful, and parking is free and good.

Restroom was super clean, bed was comfortable, would stay here again.

I liked that it was easy to find and prices were great for a last min sleep. Everything was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, the blankets felt like sandpaper, it was hot in the room when we first walked in and the AC didn't cool it off. There was hair n bugs in the beds

nothing

Clean. Good size refrigerator. Nice people running it. Room to park with a trailer. It's a 2 star hotel, and the breakfast is not a huge thing but adequate. They do a great job.

Older building new carpet very clean.

Perfect situation for a one night stopover while on a two day drive. I appreciated the fact that I could park outside my room and bring my personal items in directly, and not have to drag belongings through the hotel. Room was very clean, and the AC worked perfectly. There are a few excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. No coffee maker in room, however this is not a big deal. There is a convenience store with excellent coffee right across the HWY. Also, the property is small, so you can get coffee from the office/continental breakfast area as early as 0530 if you don't feel like going far.

The room smells so bad and the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. I literally paid that much ti be able to have the breakfast but Breakfast barely had anything and the bread had mold on it. I called the front desk person and he had the audacity to deny on my face that he doesnt see a mold but fortunately I had already made a video and taken a picture. He didnt bother to change it and said you can make a complain to expedia/hotels.com because thats where you booked from. This was so disappointing and I am not staying in any of these hotels.

The room was clean, the linens were comfortable anf fresh. The staff was kind and helpful and the area felt safe

Had a late arrival upon check-in and was given an upstairs room which hard on me as I am experiencing mobility issues. Fortunately I was able to park right next to the stairs and my room was right at the top of the stairs. Overall, the room was very nice and clean plus I had a quiet night's sleep. Good value for the price!

Hotel is very clean, queen bed is very comfortable, Breakfast is a take and go type, only one table in breakfast area, for the price that I paid. it was very reasonable. for someone passing by for one night stay, hotel is Quiet, no train noise.

Yes

With heater on auto room was chilly even with temp set at 76 degrees. Lighting in bathroom area minimal. Warning sign at front desk about a $450 cleaning fee if unit was smoked in. I DO NOT smoke but had a bedspread with a cigarette burn on it!

No light over sink? Carter than a tomb. Needs some maintenance.

Yes

There was no one at reception and I had to go to another hotel
