The breakfast is a full meal. Very nice.

Freezer in fridge was broken. Pool was cold and not heated. Drain was broken in shower. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean otherwise.

I did not give a score as we did not stay there. Per our previous rating, this was a hotel that was scheduled for our trip home from The cabin in Silver Gate, that had electricity issues. When we left Cooke City, we headed to Evanston, Wyoming. We needed to reschedule our dates. I had no problem with Greely, Colorado, but Holiday Inn stated we couldn't because the time had passed. It was 5:00 in Wyoming, 6:00 in Texas. Then they said only Expedia could change the date. I contacted Expedia, who came back a couple of days later and stated that they had messaged Holiday Inn several times and got no response. They stated it was up to Holiday Inn to change the date. Again, Holiday Inn stated it was Expedia, and if they Holiday Inn changed the dates, they would get in trouble with Expedia. As of today, 06/22/2026, there has been nor resolution. Holiday Inn charged me as a no show. So, will I ever use Expedia or Holiday Inn again? No!

Every time I travel to Dumas, this is my go-to hotel. Consistently helpful check in and staff.
