Very comfortable bed and nice breakfast

The hotel is clean, the breakfast was good, check in and check out was painless. The one issue I have with the room is the cabinet containing the fridge and microwave was very sticky. It looks like they used the wrong paint that left the whole cabinet sticky.

The elevator seemed slow.

Checked in and went to room, which was not made up. Got key to another room and the tv didn't work nor did calling the front desk. Had to go to the desk again and tell him. So we were moved to a 3rd room that had everything in working order. Room should have been comped for all the hassle but wasn't. We left the next day.

This hotel is good for pets and when you need an easy place to sleep for a few hours when you’re traveling.

My husband & I checked into this hotel on 08-27-26, planning to stay until 08-30-26. We walked into the room, my husband turned on the TV and it did not work. So, we went back down to the desk, explained about the TV, and we got moved to another room. This room had issues: the door to the room was broken and could not be secured, the TV did not work, & the floors were dirty and sticky. We were too tired to address it at that moment. The next morning, we packed up, I went to the front desk to explain why we were checking out & that I wanted a refund. The manager agreed, but I had to go through Expedia since I booked the room that way. Now, I am battling for our refund. LaQuinta is not responding to Expedia and Expedia is trying to quiet me with 'Key Points'. I just want my money back for the (2) nights. The desk people were very kind and understanding, but limited in what they could help with. LaQuinta needs to step it up in their property maintenance and the condition of the hotel rooms at this location. It would also be helpful if Upper Management would respond to Customer Requests. I will not drop my request for a refund.

Booked this hotel mainly for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working. The lady at the front desk said it wouldn’t be working for some time and that it might be taken out. Pretty disappointing my kids were excited to use it ! Now I know to call ahead of time. There were a few bugs in our room too. The staff was friendly. Overall lacked in cleanliness and certain amenities not working. Would not book again unfortunately.

No complaints at all, I’d stay there again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.

Breakfast was good but ran out fast. You either had to wait in like to get what you wanted or choose something else. They would say they were making more but it would be 10-15 min. We didn’t have time to wait.

It is our halfway point as we drive from Colorado to Texas to visit family. I've made the trip several times this year and won't stop anywhere else. I've done it a couple times with my new grandbaby, taking him to meet family. My daughter and I love the comfortable beds (EVERY time) and great, protein packed breakfast! I even brought my sister's dog once when she decided to fly instead of drive. They are very pet friendly for only $25 extra!

The beds, breakfast and WiFi were the draw. The fack that our pets could join us was great too!
