The room itself did not appear clean (there was urine on the toilet seat upon entry to the room and there was a bunch of debris under the bed). The pool and hot tub were nice, but there were no towels available in the pool area and the floor around the pool and hot tub were fairly dirty and covered in hair. The staff were kind and efficient.
