Ac in the room didn’t work , pool and jacuzzi are not clean , leakage in my bathroom .

I can’t believe how in this time and age anyone would be able to check in someone else’s room?! Not even a similar name or even close enough spelling so you would give them the benefit of the doubt. We walked in to be told first that we don’t have a reservation. After showing the receptionist the conformation, he looked confused and started asking do you have someone else with you? Did you already check in? Started calling someone from the hotel management, they even called the person who checked into my room, woke him up from sleep to ask him if he was “ME” while he has my picture ID in his own hand!!

Clean room and well kept, close to Marice Corps base and the Mexicam restaurant close by had excellent food!

Misa at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

Beside that, everything was ok!

Breakfast time was too short. Should extend till 10 am.

Nice property. Enjoyed the property and daily hot breakfast.

Definetaly the location was perfect for the situation that we were there. I believe the building and the room need some upgrades. The room was clean. The pool area was acceptable. I didn’t like the elevator.

Easy check-in. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast.

The shower had good water pressure and was good. The room was kind of spacious. Dirty room, bullet hole in the windows, AC barely worked so I spent the nights sweating, and the whole hotel reeked of Marijuana. Bad neighborhood and the breakfast smelled and tasted like weed.

The breakfast fell a little short , but what was there was okay. It wasn't perfect but it was an 8 out of 10 and would stay again.

We just came to lay our heads on a road trip for one night. The hotel was clean, check-in was smooth, breakfast was mediocre at best.

Thin Walls.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replaced. When you sit down you just keep going lower. This is not only unexpected but also makes it more difficult to stand back up for anyone with mobility issues. We also got locked out of our room after already leaving stuff inside. They needed to call in maintenance to repair lock. On duty staff were very supportive, but I expected to hear something from the hotel manager the following day and heard nothing. We finally got to bed after leaving home at 6 AM and driving almost 600 mi.

The hotel is clean and the atmosphere is nice. The breakfast are is clean and the food is fresh. The room is comfortable and clean. I will stay here again.

Homeless person eating dinner in parking lot. Room was dirty. Stains all over carpet, partial hole in bathroom door, no shower door, just a curtain, left over used soap in shower, furniture was all damaged. Breakfast was limited and not good.
