Distance from Radford. Bathroom and room neat! Hosr was great! Elevate smelled like a filthy locker room which fumigated into the hallway. Poor inoperable. Construction should be specified on booking site. Breakfast was cold even in warmers.

My reservation and Booking were not honored. I was told all rooms were sold out. I never was contacted to be advised of the change. The Clerk at the desk did NOT offer any assistance looking for another hotel or offer suggestions.

My experience at the Hotel was “Very Good” accept for the Fire Alarm going off and the elevator being down!

The fire alarm went off 4-5 times the elevator broke down for a day. My room was in the 4th floor and my 9month old was crying nonstop because he was scared. I also had to bring his stroller up and down 3The stairs because of the elevator not working.

The property was clean close to a lot of restaurants and freeways and the staff was amazing. Everyone was nice. Everything.

They have a fire drone. I was on fourth floor. I have to go through the steps and it kept going on and on for the whole night. I barely sleep. I have to check out one day before my time and this was very bad for me to go to my room, I have to climb the stairs and this is unacceptable.

I never had the chance to stay I was told my room reservation was canceled when I arrived at 12:15am from a 3hour drive to get there. Nothing. I pulled up and there were fire trucks out front dealing with some kind of emergency.
