Being disabled made getting ice and washing clothes. IMPOSSIBLE! Because they both are located on the third floor.

○● friendly and courteous staff. Made the stay enjpyable. Only down side is the ice machine and laundry facilities are on the third floor. Very inconvenient. Especially with no elevator.

We also appreciated the well lit and well designed shower stall. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, above and beyond.

The bedsheets were dirty with stains; we wouldn’t sleep under them. The bathroom was barely clean, there was mold in the caulking for the shower. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! There were 5+ in the room that we saw and they even crawled into our bags, when I unpacked at home a roach came crawling out. Would not recommend.

This property needs a desperate updating and deep cleaning. I felt compelled to wear my shoes in the room and did not shower because the shower appeared to have the potential to make me less sanitary after using it.

The breakfast was discussing. Very dirty area The room was filthy. Stains on bed and furniture. Bugs crawling.on floor. The hallway carpet was stained and the smell of smoke was almost overwhelming.

It was dirty. It was falling apart. We went down for breakfast and they only had one piece of bread and a bagel left and we went down at 8 o’clock. I would never recommend this place.

The bed was uncomfortable felt like a rock and pillows were flat. The room was clean. Wasn’t a bad pit stop for the price

The property is old, dingy, and not well maintained. The hall floors were nasty and the room was bad. It appeared to be as clean as it may get; however the property is not well maintain. Walls need paint, bed was horrible (uncomfortable, squeaky, and not stable or sound), the headboard and nitestands were old and chipped, the mini fridge was old and had a dent in the door. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. I would never stay there again. Also guest that I saw appeared to “renters”. The place reminds you of a rooming house.

Bad

Me and my wife had an amazing time there surrounded by many restaurants right off the beltway can go anywhere we want just in a great spot thank you guys for everything. We will definitely be coming back.

An inexpensive bed for the night. Breakfast was poor.

Price This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. I didn't think hotel rooms even looked like this in real life. I have stayed in so many hotels, not all of them great. Never have I seen something so atrocious. This room was covered in filth and stains - the bed, the bedding itself, the floor, the walls, the furniture. Immediately saw bugs on the floor. Burn holes in the bedding. Just ABSURDLY gross. The whole room was yellow, tiny, and nasty. I didn't even put my things down, I immediately turned around and cancelled the room. I had also accidentally booked the wrong number of beds and the staff made it seem like I was leaving because of that, and like I was an idiot. I left because that room was despicable. If the room was normal, I would have just switched rooms. I didn't even want to LOOK at other rooms. The land this hotel is on would be better off as an empty parking lot; the whole place should be shut down.

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager and his employees are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure there are no concerns. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

Exceptional

The room was cleaned, but the hotel still smelled of marijuana. I couldn't even eat breakfast.

The cleanliness of the room. The sheets had stains on them. There was roaches in the room.

Nice place to stay, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
