I liked the room, staff was friendly.

I accidentally booked my room a day before I planned to arrive. Working through Holtels.com, even though I stayed and paid the next evening, they would not refund my money. Not only am I not staying there on my return trip, I will not be using Hotels.com or their affiliates for my upcoming travel in July and August, and after being 10 year subscriber, will never in the future.

The deposit double $50 to $100.00 their deposit refund policy is non—ist or hard to find my wife started her menstrual cycle while we were at the property and had an accident with one of the Towels which happened to be one of the towels that we had brought from home and left it in the floor with the other towels of the bathroom floor they kept our deposit Wife cleaned the room when we got there and cleaned the room when we left there was no damage. The only thing that was wrong was the mental cycle was on a personal towel that we had brought and they refused to give us our money back not to mention the snack machine was out of order along with the washer and dryer. Elevator has a capacity limit on it now which made me question the safety I filed a complaint with red roof corporate waiting to hear back from them soon

Heather was wo perfume, good value, only issues were non- working Landry facilities and pool.

The rooms were nasty. Blood stains on the sheets in several. They actually had to up grade my room for the same price just to find a clean room.

Gross, gross, gross! Flies all in the lobby. Elevator filthy. The linen was dirty, stained, had hairs of different types in it, as well as, remnants of bedbugs. Torn and filthy duvet cover. The headboard had multiple hand prints on it (I couldn't unsee that part). No refrigerator or microwave in the room. They said on superior rooms have that. I demanded to checkout and get a refund. The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting in touch with the owner or manager who only communicated with her via text. The clerk was able to refund me, but im still waiting on it to clear on my account. Its only been two days so we shall see. They charge $100 deposit that is supposedly refunded 3-5 days after checkout. They need to do better. I left and stayed at the Microtel.

Location was decent Rooms were dirty smelled horrible, AC and TV didn’t work only could get 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Didn’t get rooms cleaned at all for the 3 day we were there.

The employee that checked me in went against company policy and took my cash as a deposit and stole it. They won't give me my money back or acknowledge that my money was stolen because I used a towel to clean up a sweet tea spill and some got on the sheets. The room had roaches and stains already on the towels but I wouldn't have cared or complained until the staff decided to handle this the way they did. Nasty jacuzzi tub also.

Rooms clean and nice. Not very much parking areas. Upon arrival I am put on alert by location. Seems isolated and then a woman outside screaming.

The staff were nice but the hotel room was not clean at all, the floors were dirty, the tub was dirty, the tables were aswell & I ended up ordering my own cleaners to clean the stuff

The deposit was $50 but was just increased. I paid it anyhow because you get it back within 5–7 business days. I had been staying here twice a month for the past 11 months. The only reason I continued to stay there was because of the familiarity of the area. After this, I’ll stay on the moon before I head back there.

Fortunately the authorities were called and the parents were taken aware and hopefully dealt with.

The walls are so thin and the neighbors across the hall and beside us were so loud I got no sleep. I can’t recommend this hotel.

Hand prints were on the headboard, the mattress was stained along with the sheets.

There was no one for over 5 minutes at the front desk on arrival. The place was filthy. The bed looked like it was slept in. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Did not feel safe. I would not have stayed but it was late and I’d been driving all day with a brand new puppy. I needed some sleep.
