My room smelled bad. Like dogs and ciggs. The shower did not work

This is a horrible hotel. There are homeless drug addicts staying and loitering. The sheets and bed spreads were stained and dirty. Bathroom had hair everywhere. It felt unsafe.

I did not see any breakfast. Just coffee. There were vending machines we only received 2 room cleanings (mostly clean towels and trash take out) no beds were made out of the 7 days. I did decline 1 day.

There was a street celebration with band playing for who knows how long & we simply asked that our reservation be canceled

I enjoy the Jacuzzi tub and location

Needs to be up dated. Pics do not match the room. Air conditioning sounded like it was going to break.

The only good thing was the staff, Martha who checked us in very helpful. Although once we got to are room was dirty, stick floors even the container for ice was dirty and sticky. The ceiling looked like paint chipping was going to fall onto us

The hotel was so dirty all of us requested a refund. The people ahead of us also requested a refund.

When we checked into our room it was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. There were stains on the shower curtain and blankets, the ice bucket had greasy food all in it, the microwave and fridge were dirty and floors had food and crumbs on it.

Clean There were what looked like homeless people walking around parking lot

The staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I felted welcomed
