The breakfast was not good. Burnt dry eggs and dry sausage. Bacon was burnt as well but the coffee was good.

I booked a room with sofa bed via Expedia but somehow I ended not getting the room with sofa bed assigned to me. Could be a confusion but hotel room staff ended up giving us a coat since we were 5.

Excellent hotel that served breakfast. Only issue was the pancake machine malfunctioned but the staff were kind enough to fix it and make some for my kiddo. Top notch place.

I've been staying at this hotel twice a year with my two kids for the past 2 years. It's clean, breakfast is great in the morning, and they've always been attentive and helpful. It's the only hotel in Altoona I will book consistently.

There was nothing about this hotel I liked. I booked the hotel through booking.com for my father-in-laws Celebration of Life. I thought I was booking in Altoona, IA, but instead it was Altoona, PA. There was no way we were going to miss this event so we didn't buy the cancellation fee, but because of the PA instead of IA we lost over $800 dollars. That was an expensive lesson that I can't afford. We are even part of the IHG family and this is how we get treated. Disappointed and Frustrated.

Room was clean, we had 2 queen beds, linen was clean and fresh, bathroom also very clean and more than enough towels. Never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have bathtubs (had my 3yo grandson with us), but that’s ok, he had his very 1st ever shower and it was successful!!! Loved how close to everything we wanted to do we were. The only negative, if you want to put it that way, is the pool floor looked like it could really use a good cleaning/sweeping. It wasn’t slimy or anything, just looked like it, and the swim chair (which we didn’t use) could have used a good scrub. The water was clean & clear, and you could smell the chlorine. Also, breakfast was delicious! Eggs various ways, sausages, pancakes, muffins, bagels, hot cinnamon rolls, cereals, yogurts, juices, and of course coffee.

The only thing we minded was there were no room darkening curtains. The street lights shown in through the blind, making it hard to sleep.

We came up for the night for my youngest grandson's graduation. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious
